We have such an odd code of conduct… We’ll ghost you and make it clear that you’re getting sacked, but lose out on time and the best options by not doing any succession planning out of respect for you.

This Board find bizarre ways to hamstring themselves at every opportunity

It's probably nonsense, I wouldn't worry about it.  They probably both turned us down.

Sounds to me that we’re probs waiting to see what his exit deal is before deciding if we can afford to pay for Rohl or go for the free option in Russell.

Perfectly lined up for them to fvck it up exactly like last summer

Spend ages chasing a manager who isn’t sure on the move / has other options / has compo - Potter and Rohl

“Get tired of waiting” and appoint the free option that obviously from the very start fans wont be able to warm to and is doomed to fail - Cooper and Martin

Weeks down the pan because "respect is a big thing in Thailand".

**** OFF

Yet respect would actually be letting him do the job he was employed to do, letting him build his back room staff and giving him transfer budget to bring in the players needed.

Yet apparently, 'respect' is stringing him along until the bitter end and dumping him anyway, likely for Brussel bloody Martin.

Respect ! then just leak it to the media.

What the club are trying to save in manager hire will cost them treble in results if they go for the tesco value option

Ohhh no, it’s Martin isn’t it. I really hoped there was nothing in it but they’re actually doing it. They have thrown Rohl in there to make it look like we shopped around for someone fans would be happy with. It will be Martin, it’s always been him.

Only we would get the only

manager with a worst record than our worst ever manager!!!!! It’s got

to point where I don’t even blame Rudkin.

its all Top and it’s disgusting.

It feels like every signing we make,  every manager we appoint. We have to make excuses and try and work out a positive rationale or a glimmer of  hope. I hate king power!! Truly hate them. That’s me done with this football club! I will not be spending a penny more. 😢

Not going to announce talking to new managers out of respect for Ruud but happy to leak he’s going to be sacked after the last game anyway 😂

Zero chance we pay a penny for Rohl when we can get Russell on a free IMO. It’s Martin.

Don’t be silly. I know we’re all unhappy at the moment, but stuff like this is just daft.

I’m one more bad decision away from chasing the dragon!

I want Ruud out more than most but the Martin link just won’t go away will it? 🤮

Well done Top and co, making me question my love of football/LCFC for the first time in nearly 30 years.

Out of respect for RVN for what? When are they gonna start showing some respect for the fans?

Gotta respect a manager who’s lose 17 of 19 games and not scored in 9 consecutive home games….. Absolutely clueless idiots.

Here's an idea, why not bin Ruud as soon as you realised he wasn't going to be here next season and then avoid this weird "out of respect" wasting of weeks.

It has happened every time we have a change of manager names pop up that we all go no way and they have not appointed any of them except last year which was slightly different due to timing and impending points deduction...............................oh hang on........I like nearly all on here would give up if they appoint Brussell - anyone but that idiot - I would keep Ruud if that is the best they can do because at least he knows this shower and also he has not been passing it from the back quite like either Enzo or RM - not sure what he is doing but its not that !

Possibly because there wasn't a decent replacement available and they didn't to saddle King or Barry-Murphy with a relegation and a depressed squad, so decided to let things run their natural course with RVN?
