His style has shown it works in the Championship though, there’s a decent enough chance that he gets us promoted. 
 

If he doesn’t show willingness to adapt in certain aspects though, then I seriously worry about the long term of this football club.

It's astounding the amount of people that think this clown gets us promoted based on one season. He was crap a Swansea, the very definition of mid table rubbish. He's a very very bad manager. Hopefully sacked come the autumn and we can get ourselves another pay day loan

Listening to him on Lineker's podcast, he absolutely does not show any signs of willingness to adapt. It will be similar to Maresca and I agree that it will likely be successful in the Championship, but longer-term, it is pushing us down a route that will not keep us a Premier League club, unless rules are changed and we could invest heavily in the playing squad. 

I think he may be shocked how much negativity the fans will have towards him and the club too. So, he better start off very well as people want blood already.

If we employ this clown we won't need to worry about the Premier League for a long long time.
