Donald Trump says authorities have found Charlie Kirk's killer, telling Fox News: "With a high degree of certainty, we have him in custody"

He says "somebody very close to him turned him in" - he says he expects officials to give an update later today

I don't think anyone is offended or suggesting it's not plausible. It's just baseless speculation.

It sounds like he was persuaded to hand himself in and drove to the police station with his dad.

I sometimes find the more benign the story, the more wild the conspiracy theories get. This will be a lone wolf guy with access to a high velocity rifle, if he didn’t have access to the latter, this would never have happened and Charlie Kirk would still be alive.

If the father thing is true that's ****ing awful man.


Imagine having to turn your own son in knowing he'll most likely never come home again.

You have to factor the reality of your son being on the run and getting killed by the authorities.

 

Its a loss, loss situation for any father.

Such a weird press conference.  The director of the FBI actually said "rest Charlie my brother. I'll see you in Valhalla"

Then they read out one of the casings had "if you read this, you are gay LMAO" inscribed in it. Then the governor compared it to JFK....
