Does the release clause likely make it more difficult for the buying club? I heard it says this means money upfront.. do clubs generally not buy players like that anymore and always spread them?

Leicester will be very short of creativity in the final third if he goes. Going to need Brownhill or similar and a striker and I've  not seen concrete links to either. Probably go down to the final day and a couple of loans at inflated prices

Good move in terms of the size of the club and the level he'd be joining, but he doesn't break into that midfield.

 

£30mill, free loan of Lewis Miley.  Osula might be nice but they're not in a position to let him go.

This guy was so important yesterday I think are hopes of top 6 end with losing him. I can’t see us getting anyone half as decent. He’s are creativity if we lose him we will defo be mid table or lower.

Disappointing, but not really surprising if he does end up going. Keeping hold of BEK this summer was always going to be difficult. 
 

I’d be ok with him joining Newcastle, especially as Champions League football is too good an opportunity to turn down. If he ends up at Leeds though, that would be as disappointing as seeing Hermansen leave for West Ham.

Feel like a lot of people aren't grasping the fact we're in real bother off the pitch.

 

We can't sell the dross, simple as that.

 

We need cash for both long and short term stability (some budget for Marti and cashflow for the year)

 

We're going down the route that is our only option.

 

We've got above value for Wilf, below slightly for Mads, release clause hopefully for Bilal. If someone want's to chuck as 8 figures for Winks we'll snap their hands off. 

 

As long as by the end of the window, with whoever we've brought in, we look good enough for top 6 then we will have done what is required.

 

That's without even considering the behind the scenes of all of these players having zero interest in another season in the champ...

If Bilal goes for around 25 and Winks for 5/6. Add on top the 29/30 we've already got from Coady/Ndidi and Mads and the wages saved from them and Vardy/Ward... Thats us brought in £60m and saved God knows how much in wages. 

 

The only problem is, we can't trust the club to use that well.

I'm sorry but we have this sort of rubbish spouted every transfer window by the usual suspects. Firstly, this might be speculation but it follows lots of noise around the player and is now being mentioned by Percy.  

 

Secondly, our recent transfer record is not good, nor does there appear to be much linking us with anyone so it's quite normal on the transfer section of a Leicester City forum for people to express concerns at strong links to one of our few decent signings  recently and our only senior, creative central midfielder. 

 

People are therefore concerned at patterns of behaviour that manifest in indivdual situations like this.  

 

If you find that ridiculous or hilarious good for you, I personally find your attitude very odd.  Each to their own eh?
