Usually means a lower payout (but probably non-zero) than he is contractually entitled to.

Absolutely hilarious. Spend best part of 3 months assuming we can’t sack him in this financial year. Hear nothing to suggest it’s different then they sack him almost as late in the financial year as possible. The ****ing idiots can even manage to sack someone properly.

So we're wait until 4 days before the end of the accounting period? 

 

Reading between the lines... Rohl must be first choice and we could stretch to sacking Ruud or paying Wednesday compensation, not both?

What I don’t get is why announce immediate termination today - a few days before end of June / reporting period - as I expect we now need to record cost of termination in this years financials? Strange given PSR.

 

Can only assume we made decision based on waiting for a decision from a specific manager (Röhl) agreeing to take job.
