Not necessarily the worst performance, but at 45s in the video, an uncharacteristically hideous own goal from the great Keith Weller:

McGivern at home to Reading.

Was that the game where he wasn't in the line up, then it was announced someone was injured in the warm up (assuming Berner) and the whole crowd groaned as it was confirmed he was starting lol

Spider Kalac at home vs West Brom. Never played again, until the last minute of the playoff final…

Ryan McGivern 09/10 season vs Bristol City at home.

Their winger Ivan Sproule took McGivern’s soul that night.

Ward vs Wolves, hands down.

These are my 3, 2, 1 but only because I can't remember the exact game where Alan Parris, demonstrating all the mobility of Rex from Toy Story, got repeatedly turned inside out by a winger one cold Wednesday night. I just remember him repeatedly stumbling on the turf in that horrific Scoreline number.

Just back to Ryan McGivern though, I felt sorry for the kid that night as quite a few turned on him in a way thats only recently happened since to Ayew and Ward. Probably one of the few Pearson-era loans that flopped.

It's quite fun watching Weller at the same ground he produced such a moment of magic, in similar pitch conditions do something like that.

Maybe have been. It was the game which locked in Jimmy Kebe as the winger most Leicester fans wanted for the next three years

Zjelko “Spider” Kalac’s debut was quite the performance, however I am amazed Soumare hasn’t been mentioned more often, not only has he had some absolutely honkers, it his complete lack of desire, fight and his ability to literally lumber around for 95% of the game then make one decent bit of play and we all cling to the belief he is has the potential to the be 2nd coming of Yaya Toure.

Yeah but that 5% he is just prime Yaya. lol

Ah old Zjelko Teflon Kalac.  That really was an absolutely abysmal performance.

Honorable mention to Ben Hamer for ruining my Birthday in Porto. Although not solely to blame.

I remember some chap yelling dogs abuse aimed at Zieler throughout the second half, completely unaware that it was Hamer we had in goal lol

He wouldn't be told either, much to everyone's amusement around him.

Ward v Brighton surely? That was absolutely horrific.

Morrison away at Pompey 6-1 massively stands out too but I blame Sousa for that, trying to get Hobbs and Morrison into ball playing centre halves overnight was always going to be a mess.

Weale also deserves criticism for the McGivern v Bristol City game, he was also terrible.

Albrighton v Palace in the 5-0 recent away defeat? Think he was at fullback.

Not in a City shirt but seeing Steve Walsh turn out for Cov and put in a display against Watford that convinced him to opt for retirement. Funny that it happened FOR Cov but horrible to see your heroes endure that. Muzzy playing for Brum and Tommy Wright "playing" for Boro were similar emotions.

It’s genuinely mad that in one of the most successful periods in the clubs history we have had a handful of players that you can add to this list and I don’t even think it’s recency bias.

We’ve had many poor keepers in my lifetime, many before. But I still think the individual performances in games by Danny Ward are a low point for the club.

Theres 5/6 games that I’ve seen him worse than at a local Sunday league game

Chilwell's refusal to take a throw in at Millwall always annoyed me.   Showed a shameful lack of appetite and desire in that one moment.

Was just going to say, Chilwell against Chelsea just before he signed for them, disgraceful pretty much cost us Champions League who inevitably won it in the end and then just scooped up 130m from the World Club Cup win.. butterfly effect.

Beats the previous worst of all time which was him at Newcastle the week before. I only get to about 10 games a season and I had to witness them both 😫

Okoli, Faes, Kristiansen and Coulibaly (for one half) in the 0-4 loss v Brentford last season. One of the worst collective defensive displays I can remember seeing at the King Power

Surely Brighton was worse, that game was beyond belief!

Yuri Abe's debut was a spectacle.

Came on for the last 10 minutes against Cardiff with us 2-1 up and I was convinced he was trying his hardest to throw away the lead. Competition winner was never a more apt description.

Thankfully he improved slightly after that.

Ricardo away at Bournemouth. Was not long after he signed and was an absolute disaster playing the old fashioned RB. Never played there in that shape again thankfully
