Don't think he was particularly great but did little wrong. There was a bit near the end where Agyemang had him 1 on 1 and Nelson was patient before winning the ball. Immediately thought that if that was Faes, he may well have won the ball but it would have been by throwing himself at the ball increasing the risk of losing it.

 

Think he's played quite within himself so far and I mean that as a compliment. If things go his way and he works hard, he's a 50+ cap England player

Vestergaard? Maybe, but that's a low bar. Technically, yes, but he's also inconsistent and can be really bad without a reliable partner. There's probably 10 CBs more consistent.
