Have noticed that it’s a song that a fair few don’t know the start of it.. 

i did wonder who those lads were at the front, actually thought at one point the flag pole was going to snap lol

They looked half cut but either way seemed to enjoy themselves..

You could very easily turn this on its head. The crowd don't boo if the team don't serve up absolute dross for 90 minutes.

pleased to see sk1/g1 get vocal and behind em last night - who would of thought that you can boo and criticise mccarthy p!ssing about in the box and also get vocal when they give you something to get behind

Yeah i liked that.  Caught on quick 👍 .

 

A tune that always caught on well and works well as a football song is the one used for "iwan is a Welshman"  "jamie vardys magic" and "enzo went to europe" 

 

We need a new one to that tune.  Thinking caps on for lyrics

It’s not a ground that lends itself to noise travelling, but the South Stand side as a whole can also be made out at times.

Anyone get close to what Pipes was on about post match today?

 

Apparently around half a dozen fans right in front of the directors box turned on Top and Rudkin during the 2nd half with masses of verbal hate, abuse and vitriol.

 

They didn't know what to do or say but Pipes mentioned it was that bad he actually forgot he was commentating.

 

Think he also mentioned summin about meetings going on with behind the scenes people who were holding private talks with Top during the game. (Only half heard this bit as was still taking in the stuff about the abuse being thrown at them)

 

Anyone clarify the above?

Mate of mine was in the director's box only a couple of rows behind Top and he mentioned that he was getting a lot of abuse.

Tellingly the stewarding has dropped off this season in that area and staff are intervening. My gut is that the staff at the club are now fully pissed off as well

I do hope that those supporters blessed with the honour of being the chosen ones to wave the honesty flags did so with all their might today. You never know when its your time again.
