Got a strong suspicion that Mads is going to experience another relegation.

West Ham won't get their £20m back if that happens.

Ignorance and ableism must be easy when you’re dealt a winning hand,

The things I’d give to experience a real life job, not so easy with my chronic lack of motivation but you probably don’t care up there on your tall horse

And then a lump sum to share between me and only 4 of my kids? We’d live like Kings and Queens

Maybe have a think about others before parading your perfect life all over the forum

Haven't seen any of west ham's games and I don't intend to, but if Mads is struggling I would take no pleasure in it.

Mads was great for us and he was lauded on these pages as the next big thing.   It seems that now he has left, we've decided he's crap.

Same story almost every time a player leaves us in recent times. Some weird mental gymnastics.

In fairness, some of Foxestalk strongly dislike the current lot as well

£15m then confirmed by the loan with Macquarie. Not such a good deal.

In hindsight after his bad injury I think it’s a decent deal, West Ham couldn’t get £5m for him now

The James Justin thread was a bit crazy to read. People pretending he was always rubbish in there.

Wouldn't surprise me if he gets back to his best for Leeds. Some players need a change of scenery.

I don't think he'll ever get back to his best because his best was so heavily defined by his athleticism. Rodgers disgraceful injury management ruined his career in terms of what he could have been (was in the England setup discussions before the injury)

Maybe not back to his very best for the reasons you've mentioned but a large part of what made him good was his confidence in going forwards. Feels like he's spent the last 3 years here playing safe.

Is the loan for the full amount to be received from West Ham though :dunno:

Plus future add-ons?

£3m up front then £15m in installments?

Or big JR BS-ing his figures again?

West ham remind me of us. They are run terribly behind the scenes and the cracks got covered simply because they got one managerial decision correct.

Moyes steadied the ship.

They don't even have any scouting network, Dildo Dave Sullivan just calls up some agents he has good rapport with (read: handsomely pays fees to) and asks them to recommend players for him.

And yet the players we were linked to, often were linked with west ham, I wonder why that might be
