FLW's source is journalist, Pete O'Rourke - has he any reputation for reliability?

IF true (a big if), I'd say this is a promising rumour.

He is usually alright for EFL deals

Only really been pretty reliable for us with loans out though

Be a great signing for around 4 million with potential add ons leading to 6 million max.

Anything more than that would be stupid business a loan would be better from a premier league club.

So on that note I expect a 15 million bid from rudkin with add ons of an additional 10 million if we make the playoffs. No expiry date.

I’d say that’s acceptable in today’s market! He’s got big potential be perfect for us.

Physical, aerial presence and one of the strikers in the Championship with the most potential.

But he’s been linked to better clubs for fees in the region of £10 million plus.

I really hope this rumour is true, shame it’s come from such a shit source.

He’s 6 ft 3 but fast and powerful, he can hold the ball up and very good technically, he’s an aerial presence and knows how to finish. Add to all that he’s 20 years old and has so much potential resale value.

£6m/£7m with add ons would surely get it done.

Easily cost best part of 10m or more.

Don't know much about him but seems a lot of money for someone who has been in the league just a year.

He's 20, so I'd say worth a punt for sure.

What we've seen with Cannon is that if you sign someone proven in this division at a relatively young age, they hold their value quite well even if they flop for the next couple of years.

The guys potential is absolutely huge and teams will be willing to pay money for that.

if he reaches his potential he’s easily a £50m+ player. He’s got a body type similar to your Haaland and Isak’s, something most clubs are actively trying to find themselves.

Too many on here forgetting we wouldn’t pay £2.5m for Kone.

No chance we spend the 10m I’d expect it to take to get him, as much as he’s a very promising centre forward

The fact he’s put Exclusive like that has convinced me it’s happening. Welcome Mihalio.

The problem is, after 'exclusive', he's written 'Leicester ask Millwall'.

To me, that reads that we asked if he's available. And then Millwall will say no. And then Rudkin won't know what to do next :plancque:
