Personally, and it's not sour grapes before anyone says anything - I thought we'd played better recently with him out the team.

No doubt he's got talent and I expect he will make something of his career, but if true that he forced his way out then this is no bad deal at all.

If they buy him next summer, has his book value gone down by a year in that time too? Meaning there’s more profit as well as that profit hitting next year’s accounts?

yes there would be 2 years amortisation on what we paid instead of one this summer

Overall gutted he’s left because the lad has the ability to become a very tidy player and would have absolutely smashed it in the Championship. But the fact he’s been here just over a year and already wanted out just shows the move to Leicester was always a stepping stone for his career. I just hope now we have a decent replacement lined up.

He's only out on loan, scenes when he gets no permanent interest and comes crawling back after we get promoted again.

Even Soumare wasn't that dumb this time around. lol

Why are people so rattled? He’s basically a kid. There are bigger and more mature clowns to direct your dissatisfaction at. It didn’t work out, it doesn’t always work out and he wants to move on. It’s fine.

He tends to be on his own wave length and not necessarily a team player.

If we're getting £30m all in that's a pretty good price for someone unproven

Who do you think knows lads, him or you lot? He's obviously never playing for us again.

Would be funny though if Stuttgart turn around and tell him they don’t want him and he comes back here with his tail between his legs.

Nowhere near talented enough and certainly done nothing for us to be behaving that way. Mahrez acted like a t**t but gave us so much and it was a big move.

Really hope we never see him again, clearly a s*** attitude. As long as we get the money next summer, his career can fizzle out as guys with characters like this don’t deserve the privilege they have.

He forces his way out because he's refused to play in the championship.

We can't even get a transfer fee, we've been too nice to him allowing him to leave on loan.

If Stuttgart won't pay our asking price, personally I think we should have let him rot in the reserves, train on his own and fine him his wages every week for being a ****.

What if his ACL pings in a fortnight? Saying his goodbyes when everyone is announcing it as a loan is just silly. At least keep up appearances.

He was at the KP on Friday watching the Birmingham game, so dont think it's been an acrimonious departure.

No i dont think it is. The clubs a mess, its no surprise a player with the potential he has doesnt want to waste any more time playing with Ayew, DCR, Soumare, Vestergaard etc in a lower league with the points deduction coming.

People are misdirecting their anger here, it firmly needs to remain on those who have allowed things to get this bad.

All in all a total waste of time. Didn't make any difference for us ultimately despite some flashes. Clearly another bad egg. Not even going to make any money back on our investment if he turns out any good and going to have to suck it up if he doesn't.

A name forever associated with the worst Leicester side possibly ever. Some legacy.

Demonstrably was true - whether it was down to him or not, we scored far less goals when he came in for Buonanotte.

Have we considered that maybe the club want to cash in on him now and after the Palace move fell threw saw this as the only option?

Calling him a rat and saying he’s got a shit attitude is ridiculous when he was one of the few players that looked like he gave a shit last season.
