Yeah, the performance can somewhat be ignored for the 2nd half because it's a completely different game with 10 men, but the first 25 minutes looked exactly like the majority of our performances this season. Really can't state enough that I do like Marti and I like what he seems to be representing, but his system on the pitch has been dogwater so far. Even if we pick up points, I'm here to be entertained and we have NOT been entertaining.

I think Marti's going to need to make big changes for the second half if we're going to get anything from this game

I'd go to a back 3 (since Oxford are playing with 2 up top) and make 4 subs, Carranza, Jordan James, Winks and Faes on for Skipp, Soumaré, Thomas and Choudhury (Maybe could leave Skipp on until 60 minutes if you only feel like making 3 subs immediately)
Would need Mav and Fatawu to track back constantly though
