I like Andy King for his Loyalty as a player,  but I expect next to nothing from him as a manager and hes already showing why.

Never has been and never will be the answer. Too nice & too soft as shown by bringing Winks, Thomas etc back into the frame when we all know they aren’t good enough.

Been apart of the staff where Ruud & Marti have stunk the place out and nothing has changed, same tactics, same personnel, same brain dead decisions / defending.

Too nice of a man to be a manager.
clearly been swayed by Marti and the club.

to make 1 forced change to the team shows he has no idea what to do.
really poor from him and as much as like him as a player, clearly out of depth as a manger

He said in his presser "there won't be anyone in the stadium wanting 3 points more than me"

Ironically he might be the only one left on 87 mins!

This isn’t Kingy’s fault really today. Yes he’s lost his head and isn’t making good subs, but he wasn’t ready. He even said in the presser than we would have wanted more experience first.

This is on Top for sacking ANOTHER manager without somebody lined up. Absolute fvcking twat. I didn’t think Marti was right, but I also didn’t want him sacking until the right replacement was waiting!

Its not King's fault really. Okoli making a stupid choice completely changed the approach of the game. Does show that given squad injuries we need to move heaven and earth to bring in defensive cover - Okoli shouldn't be starting. We also need more speed at the top end of the pitch.

100%-no one will turn this lot around - we need about 5 quality signings and until this team is cleared out no manager will make a jot of difference

Not his fault Okoli is a donkey.

Is his fault that he's stuck with the same old lineup. Ayew up front any twat can see he's ****ing wank. Offers nothing and kills our attacking threat. Daka should always start over him for the fact he does actually run and press, despite everything else about his game being shit.

Need to get a manager in desperately, King is far out of his depth

Not much you can do with this group of players.

What else could he do? Start Aluko and Daka maybe but that's not guaranteed to work out either.

Daka is ****ing useless, Aluko's out of position but not covered himself in any glory either.

Okoli has let the team down, but why was he on his own on the half way line, Nelson and Thomas were so far out of position.

The squad has no leaders, and we desperately need reinforcements.

Anyone that thought bringing King in was going to be the answer needs their head examining

If he does get the job on a permanent basis I genuinely will hope he can turn things around and back him but our issues are deeper than a managerial change and feel this would only tarnish his legacy he has at the club

15 mins in to his first game he has to deal with being down to 10- men. Needed to bring on a defender to help and someone had to go for that. We have a depleted squad lacking confidence, fitness and availability. I am not a fan of many of this current squad but what line up do people expect King to put out? He can only work with what he has.

I know many will respond with play all the kids but do you really expect that to get a positive result either?

we are screwed at the moment and it isn’t down to King’s team selection.

Stop using common sense, you need to slag him off before he's given a chance

It's been awful but i don't blame King. He isn't a manager (he's barely been a coach) this is exactly why he shouldn't have been put in this position. I'd have liked to see a change in formation but can understand with his experience why he hasn't. Okoli has really screwed him.

I'm fed up of sacking underperforming managers and having no replacement lined up. We desperately need someone who can at least try a back 3.
