You think they decded to do this after Saturday? no... this would have been in motion for a while

Can see why people have came to the conclusion it's because of Saturday, likelihood is that it has been in motion for a while but Saturday happened then less than a week later this is announced makes it look like it has happened because of Saturday.

I think you want to believe that because it helps you back your channels stance of peddling this condemnation towards those chants. When in reality it was a necessary evil whether people like it or not. The people at the top of this club cannot be untouchable. Have some backbone and face the music! They've got nowhere to hide now hence why Top is doing an interview. This wasn't planned and agreed a couple months ago I guarantee it.

Yep, I don't think it's a coincidence that this news has been released the same as the interview is coming out. It'd suggest it's been in the works for at least a few weeks if not months.

I think Saturday may well have pushed the urgency of this.

Look at it however you want. Fact is fan pressure has had an impact on the hierarchy

Well weird this but I genuinely had a dream last night about Nigel Pearson slow-motion trapsing the halls of Seagrave with a LCFC trackie on with angelic music playing in the background - must be a sign.

The club needs to go and get Rob Mackenzie back by whatever means necessary. Spurs to Leicester may not be an attractive step but the opportunity to moving from head scout to technical director would hopefully be tempting. If anyone hasn't listened to his episode of the training ground guru podcast I highly recommend it.

So the vile chanting worked then?

Where's all those saying those 10 or so fans had ruined everything and we'd never get a serious conversation about Rudkin moving on?

Chanting about Rudkin hasn’t got us anywhere before so it seems unlikely that it was that !

But now our fans have turned their frustration onto the right channel in terms of the main man in Aiyawatt with the chant “Sell the club & F off home” was that the turning point ?

“Leicester City are delighted to announce they have appointed Ron Judkin as the clubs new technical director.”

Chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha said “Ron was the standout candidate throughout the process, and we are delighted to have him on board.”

This is another candidate towards my thinking of someone that's worked in the departments before when it was working well and has since moved on.

MacKenzie, Wrigglesworth both disciples of Steve Walsh's department. Macia maybe further on from that.

When it says Top is leading the recruitment, we can probably presume that he will be heavily influenced by agent recommendations.

Whilst major changes need to happen, I still don't see how we become successful again this ownership. I hope I'm wrong as he's at least doing something at last but I think we will witness further decline due to our financial issues worsening.

I agree on the criticism of Martyn Glover, don't rate him at all. Very patchy track record elsewhere and we have been honkersaurus since he came in and picked up the pieces from Congerton.

Yeah, at the end of the day it's going to be the same leadership, based on all previous experience, I think it will still come down to pure dumb luck if they land a good candidate.

are you ok fella? seriously haha. I dont need to 'back' condemnation of death chants, thats just something a normal thinking person would do.

i'm just saying i dont think a few hundred singing death chants is the reason this change is happening! It may well be the reason for the timing of the announcement though i'll agree with that!

Think you've mistaken me.. i DO think the chanting has something to do with the timing off the announcement.. i just mean its not the reason for the actual decision of restructure
