With Souttar looking like he’ll be off, I’d be starting Aluko at CB. All the attributes to be a top player there.

Really? He’s extremely lightweight.

What’s the rumour around the French speakers?

Rumour was that in the dressing room after the game, 2 senior players who spoke French slated him, not realising that he spoke French as well. So all the 'dressing room was supportive' stuff didnt include certain characters.

If its true of course, i wasnt there.

Not a chance does he speak French apart from basic words. Far too much of a drip

Well he spent 4 years playing there...

Ricardo, Soumaré, Ayew, Faes, probably Mavididi. Maybe James also picked up enough of it at Rennes, but probably not enough to backtalk.

Did ok today but can see why he's behind Joseph. Would play Bade at centre half and Joseph at right back for MK.

We could always play him at LB instead of Thomas who was poor again today.

I'd prefer to have the Man City bloke in there. That way we don't need to play either Okoli or Thomas.

I liked him. Good one on one defender. He's fast. Comfortable on the ball.

And he can carry the ball.

Just needs to get better at backing himself to play forward passes.

Good prospect considering he's 19

He’s a clever lad, went to Repton and is very switched on by all accounts.

I still think he is quality, he needs to play and he will get better……. He’s certainly worth persisting over Thomas.

I like the look of him.

Still a bit raw but that’s fine given his age. Needs to work on his positioning a bit, but he can go forward well and is good in a 1v1.

One of the few players in the team with a bit of physicality as he’s quick and strong.

He’s got that wiry build that can be a bit deceiving but he regularly eases players off the ball - Not many in our first 11 can do that at the moment!

Not ready.

He’s not even close to being ready. Unfortunately the “give the kids a go” brigade would happily throw the kid to the wolves and ruin his confidence by being shown up as he is.
