Not the greatest game, but some positives at least:

 

- We battled better, had a more aggressive press with the “weaker” kids on than with the “stronger” veterans 

 

- Nelson

 

- Nelson / Okoli partnership

 

- Silko through the middle is a good option

 

- Jakub looked back to form

 

- Thomas plays better with youth around him

 

- JJ. He’s easily our best player

Silko running is a better tactic than anything Martin tells Ayew to do

But we won. With all the negativity at the club,  that’s an achievement. We need to string a few results together, and develop from there. With everything going on at the club atm, it’s can’t be easy for Marti and it won’t be easy for any incoming manager.

The club so badly run no manager got a chance. But shocking play we are just covering up the mess

Yes, but so what? We have to try something to survive in this league.

Seeing so many kids on at the end was especially pleasing.

Just get a new striker or play Jake now.

Probably just about deserved it. Nelson was first class. Enjoyed the press from the academy lads at the end. Overall I think we defended well. Still loads to improve on. But two nice goals and a big win for us.
