His entire career is built around an amazing 25 game unbeaten streak, which is impressive but this is how they finished that season. with promotion at wembley? how awful, 1 2

There was loads of faff around the Pooper appointment. We refused to pay a small fee for Corberan and his men. Steve’s coaching staff also took a while to sort out (seems to be a bit of a thing). This summer is so crucial and the board have already p***ed half the summer up the wall. We never replaced Enzo’s fitness coach. We haven’t had a first team GK coach since Marti was sacked. We somehow STILL have Hughes on the staff. So frustrating. You’re not understanding the DNA of the club they don’t see any urgency they think we’re so much better than league 1 that we could hire ric and still piss the league this is why we’re in the crap and nothing is going to change 1

The lessons haven’t been learnt from previous seasons, same idiots making the same idiotic mistakes. I genuinely believe that we could be in a relegation scrap again next season if things don’t start to turn around soon. I'm not sure that we were ever in a r'elegation scrap' last season. More a r'elegation procession. 6

Disorganised, no leadership, no direction. I expect they are already thinking we will get promoted no matter what, they will and are proving to completely underestimate the challenge. We essentially need a whole new squad assuming barely any of the remaining players will want to play in league one, and lets just say it is Russell Martin, his football needs very specific players and alot of pre season coaching to perfect and even then its fundamentally flawed.
winteriscoming Posted Tuesday at 09:19 Posted Tuesday at 09:19 You’ve only got to look at other clubs who sack or the manager leaves this summer. Most have taken under a week to hire a replacement. 1
LCFCJohn Posted Tuesday at 09:20 Posted Tuesday at 09:20 Did anyone think it’s be any different? From the moment Rowett was brought in on a deal to ‘the end of the season’, it was obvious that once again, we would end up in this situation. Perhaps had he come in, been convincing and we’d had a good run of results/performances, we’d have had a ‘extended to next season’ much more promptly. But the minute they have to go looking for a new manager, it’s pure incompetence. And this is what, the 4th summer in a row we are in this position. Yes, Maresca wasn’t really on them unless you dig deeper into him wanting to get out but it was Chelsea so that’d be a stretch. Last summer and after Cifuentes have been the absolute pits so it’s clear they are getting worse. Thinking about all these managerial changes over the last 4 summers (not to even mention in season), it makes me think we might have been better to keep Smith on after the first relegation in 2023. At least he’s a builder and he would likely have steadied us. We obviously got a brief burst from Maresca but it hasn’t exactly benefited us in the long run. 2

Lad1966 Posted Tuesday at 09:39 Posted Tuesday at 09:39 We are absolute joke of a club atm. It’s sheer incompetence the way we are being ran. Does they any level of shame to what they are doing to the club and fans, obviously not!!😡
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted Tuesday at 09:49 Posted Tuesday at 09:49 Has it even been officially announced yet that Rowett is leaving? Concious I may have missed it as been enjoying not monitoring the goings on a the club.

My old man (RIP), got me in trouble as a kid, getting me to call Clubcall on the home phone. He was a massive Leicester fan so desperate for news/footy gossip. But it was at a time when he had just broken up with my Mum and looking back, he was probably also asking me to call them (at whatever extortionate per minute price it was) to put one over on my Mum and her new fella (revenge)! . I do always remember my Mum having a fit when she saw a phonebil of over £150 and that was around 1993!!!!! 2
Popular Post Lionator Posted Tuesday at 10:19 Popular Post Posted Tuesday at 10:19 The fact you’re all acting surprised this is the situation. Nothing will change until the culture (ownership) changes. This is Leicester city now guys. Either protest or shut up. 5

Pats on the back and handjobs all round after the highly successful 5000/1 tribute act. Social Media team sets up their cloud script to spam the feeds with photos from the big day, then lock up and off to the pool. James McCarron is just left wandering the corridors at the KP because everyone forgot he works there and Rudkin forgot to carry out his induction.

To be honest all of the Goalkeepers seem to have got worse under the so called coaching clowns that Marti Cifuentes brought in, so that might be a blessing. I expect Begovic may end up doing it.

At this point to expect anything different would just be a cope. Rudkin, the coaching staff, recruitment team, social media clowns, JV at CB, Winks in midfield and Mavadidi as an attacker. Nothing changes.
Lambert09 Posted Tuesday at 11:49 Posted Tuesday at 11:49 Reality is, if we don’t get Martin we will be starting at zero again and we will be getting a manager in at a similar time to Marti. Shambles 1
