Yeah, can't really stop him, if we're gonna get £10m.
He didn't look comfortable playing in RMs system, against Cobblers.

Some good defensive work in the match though.

If (IF) he really has bought into RM and his ways, he could have been a colossal figure for us.

Gave us some really standout performances. Cant help but feel he was under used by a few managers.

Get him gone. Get him replaced

This might not get done for this weekend. I'd imagine he could still play for us against Notts, and it gets done after

He didn’t look good in Martin’s system because he was avoiding injury simple as that. The chance he gave up in the first minute was as simple as a pass you couldn’t imagine

Surely he wouldn’t want to play and risk injury and ruin the move for himself

The thought of his slower, shitter brother coming in to replace him is the only thing I don’t like about this deal.

really hoping his brother joining is all lazy agent talk

Really not bothered about Souttar leaving, I am just concerned about how short it leaves us at CB.

Wouldn't even want a youth player stepping up because their career would be ruined having to learn their trade next to Okoli.

Definitely Okoli. Think he's actually settled here now. Think he'd be happy to stay and play. I also think the staff like him, and they are happy for him to stay.

More bombscare passes to look forward to then!

Just can't not sell for £10m + add ons.

Recoups majority of what we paid, big wages off the book and a man who doesn't want to be here.

Achilles could go at any point, absolutely should sell for that. Hopefully then allows us to keep Page

I honestly think he'd do whatever he is told. If RM says 'we need you to play on Saturday, cus we have no other option, but then you can go' he would

£10m is crazy good business for someone with obvious limitations. Obviously would have been great to keep him but we can’t turn that down.

That’s absolutely awful business by Sheffield United! They literally had him there when he was injured and out for a year. Wilder has been good for them but they are deteriorating their squad year on year and getting further bogged down as an average Championship club. But every time they try and move on from him they end up rooted to the bottom of the league and having to go back!

Good business for us though.

Less than week to season opener and were facing Okoli/Faes as cb partnership both whom are terrible but more importantly desperately want out.

Absolute shambles.

Throw in to the mix we have one recognised striker in the whole squad the other worthwhile bits become almost insignificant due to the problems not addressed in more important areas.

Happy with 10 mill for him. However, it  will be hugely disappointing if we swap him out for his older, shitter brother though.

That will mean essentially that unless this striker hits ground running we have purchased zero sellable, profit making assets in the transfer window and that for me is hugely worrying.
