As much as I moan I didn’t really have any complaints with how the Monga situation went down. He signed a deal & gave us a year so we could get a decent fee for him

Thought they'd loan him out, not too surprised. Only going to benefit him if he can get another 30+ league games under his belt in an environment that isn't LCFC

Yea exactly his sell on fee is ridiculously high as well infavt its the biggest sell on a fee the club has ever had on a player so that could prove to be amazing.

Im more interested to see what he can do under semi capable management at a club that probably has some standards.

Yeah I noticed towards the end of last season he was barely trying when attempting to keep the ball in for example.

Absolutely. 

 

It was getting to the point where he had clearly dropped to the effort levels of those around him.

 

Looked lazy and uninterested which was such a shame, and very disappointing, for such a young and talented lad.

 

The move was the best thing he could have done to further his career.

They were always going to loan him out. Was more a case of who and when not if. 

 

Swansea are fortunate and I'm surprised there aren't other better clubs that have gone for him.

I thought they would keep him in the Man City coaching system for at least a year to de radicalise him because of what he witnessed from our managers and coaching staff.

My father in law is a Swansea fan, he reckons they've got a lot of options on the wing and Monga probably won't be a starter unless he impresses off the bench a few times.

I think Monga will do well. He's a talented lad and needs a fresh start.

 

Swansea have good away support and reasonable home support. I think a positive fan base could make a real difference in his development.

Hope Swansea have a pair of shorts to fit him as towards the end of last season when he played he seemed more interested in adjusting them all the time rather than playing football.
