We didnt treat him the greatest when he was here, ive alluded to it before but it really highlights how brutal football is especially in academies...

I assume you can't give huge specifics, but what did we do or what didn't we do?

Prediction, Monga makes the euro 28 england squad dislodging Noni Madueke. Tuchel will like him because he's excellent in 1v1 situations, final product will be elite and he has pace to run beyond. Because he can play both sides, Tuchel will love the flexibility in case Gordon and Rashford get injured. I also believe he will have an impact at Man City this season, especially in cup competitions.

Good deal hopefully he has a good career and he’s managed to get us a good amount of money in a bad time I’m not complaining personally

Very true, good deal for us and Monga. I hope he does well, not only for him personally, but for the club in terms of achievement related and sell on add ons.

Good luck Monga

I think he’s probably too young to loan out, they’ll have him feature for their PL2 team and play in the league and FA cup games.

I think Maresca sees him as part of the squad this season. Got to remember post world cup the extra recovery time for players will be needed and because he can play both sides, that maximises his chances for the first team. He offers far more than sivinho.

I think he's a bit of an outlier though in that he's already played 30+ league games at his age. Staying there or leaving on loan both have obvious merits, mind

Man City are competing in plenty if competitions this season again wouldn’t be surprised if he gets a few games in the English cup games or after a few of the champions league games gets a league game or 2 . Good luck to him hope he does well there

You base that on what?

Based on the fact Man City just paid 10m plus add-ons for a 17 year old winger who has been scouted by every major club in europe, performed excellent at all youth levels and is being fast tracked through the england age groups. 10m for Monga is an absolute steal.

Good luck to him. Absolutely the right thing for his career to develop far away from the LCFC cluster****.

Just glad he signed that pro contract so at least we got some brass for him.

I agree the price they got him for is a steal. Just seen so many players with potential full way short as they get older. I hope he goes on to be a top layer but to say he will replace certain players is bit presumptuous. But I do hope you are right

Doubt he will play anything significant, remember he seen KDH as part of his squad at Chelsea and he rarely made the match day squad
