I just can't fathom Saudi owning two clubs in the same country and eventually the same league.

Turki Shake is a tyre kicker. He’s sniffed around Derby, Bristol and now us. 
 

I am not convinced we’d be any better off under him than King Power. Throwing money at stuff doesn’t circumvent the issue that our hands are tied.

The kit will have been selected and agreed last season, pretty sure this all gets sorted by February/March time so doubt there is any chance it is a nod to new owners

It’s how you throw that money around. Someone like Turki has a lot of interests that could assist to drive revenue up…… ideally we want an owner that’s got lots of other franchises but is willing to spend the money and be competitive, in terms investing in the growth of the club. Throwing money at the team won’t help, no, but building an infrastructure behind it can. It’s why Spurs are allowed to throw cash around like no-ones business thanks to the NFL link…

 

For arguments sake, imagine if Turki purchased us, and continues Vichai’s expansion plans factoring an arena where he could host boxing events….. could be a major revenue stream, that could potentially benefit the club…..

 

I do however agree with you, I’m suspicious of him, and the fact he’s terminally ill….. but we could do with someone with his profile and interests, hoping that his selfish business ventures benefit us too.

Whoever tries to get some recompense I hope they've got a chest full of cash because Man City will defend with every penny they've got and it's a lot. They'd probably only need to win one case and the rest would fall as you'd have to prove that whatever they did wrong would have changed the result.
