I listen to his interviews.

Cosgrove and McDonald come across incredibly well. Bullish but with a sense of understanding which is what a young squad with no confidence needs. Same with McKay and with his interview with the new boy AA today.

They sound decent but driven people.

The county have been derided but we've punched above our weight for decades with no Test Match money. No benefactor, no council bail outs.

Well f##ck the lot of them. We're back.

Rich Rae would actually be a great call to commentate on LCFC too. During the winter he writes extremely good match reports for the Guardian and the Independent, including a few on City last season. He's way more mature than Stringer, still calls it like it is, but way less sensational. Given that Radio Leicester already know all about him, it would seem a good move
