Yep, and also hotels that you message within an hour of leaving to tell them you forgot to unplug your charger from the obscure socket hidden behind the bed, who deny it's existence and tell you to check your belongings, even though you've made it clear you forgot to unplug it!

I always bring Extension cords, scissors,  duct tape, gloves, garbage bags, zip ties  (to name a few) to a hotel. Gotta be prepared

To be honest, I don't mind that too much, it is what it is, but when it's Carlsberg and no alternatives, it's fvcking outrageous.

I think I'd rather drink a pint of my own over-chilled piss than pay that much for a pint of someone else's over-chilled piss.

Why would you pay gig prices then proceed to launch it about.

After last night, I could potentially drink my own piss and it'll be stronger than Carlsberg!

 

Biffy were awesome last night, New Order should be in in about 90 minutes. 

 

Driving hasn't been as bad as I thought.

 

And showing my age...there's a lovely service station on the M6, Tebay.

 

Lovely farm shop and food  

 

The main problem has been getting from hotel to gig and back. Ubers, trains, trams...

 

All good fun though. As long as I'm home by 3pm tomorrow to watch the boys!

Tebay, possibly the best motorway services in England. Independently owned. No franchises, quality local produce. Enjoy the trip mate.

Or at least for what is being presented as la de la happy as Larry, is actually not. If it is, then everything I was told is a ****ing lie and now it's being rubbed in my face.

I reckon 98% of all "pints" you see thrown at gigs is just piss. Not many people are paying £6 for a pint of lager to throw, but lots of people are pissed up, not wanting to miss 10 minutes of a set they've paid £50 for to queue for a piss, knowing they'll get away with pissing into a cup in a noisy crowd of people not looking at them, and not wanting to hold the pint of piss or have it anywhere near them. Solution: throw the piss.
