Bollocks. Forgot about pre-sale then Ticketmaster and DMH website went to shit.

lol Same. Was in work for 7 so completely forgot. I'm on Ticketmaster site now but it's saying nothing, even though main page states "limited".

Decided against it without Tom’s involvement.

I don’t get why some people don’t think that’s a valid opinion. It’d be like seeing Oasis with Noel singing the songs Liam used to. Yeah they’re still good tunes and would be listenable - and yeah there would be new material - but it’s not really Oasis is it? Same sort of thing when Liam sings Oasis songs at his own gigs.

The only thing that would have justified £40 for that gig for me was intrigue.

I just got tickets for Sheffield! Logged into Ticketmaster and was able to get two.

Must have been someone sending them back I guess. Just gotta keep checking.

Interesting, was a decent frontman back in the day. Unsure if I can picture him filling in for Tom.

Yeah, not quite a like for like match. Seen him with both The Music and The Streets and he's still got it vocally.

I'm going to see them in Leeds next month and was trying to figure out what it would be like with serge on lead vocals. I like Rob Harvey but can't imagine him fronting kasabian...

A pal went to the Glasgow gig tonight said it wasn't amazing.

All reviews and footage I’ve seen show it looks and sounds class. Can’t wait for DMU

Read this the other day as well, kinda broke my heart.

What he did was reprehensible obviously, I just think it's a shame he couldn't have had the help before it got to that stage.

Well last night in Leeds was class.

Serge on top form, didn't really notice Tom missing which was a good thing.

The crowd were so up for it as well, possibly the hottest I've ever been at a gig, it looked like we'd had a hosepipe turned in us when the lights came on at the end.

If carlsberg did weekends....

Exactly the same in Sheffield last night. Serge was class at being a front man.

I was sweating in places I’ve never sweated in before, it was so hot but it was superb!

How have The Skinner Brothers been in support? Been checking them out this afternoon.

Musically OK I guess, not really my cup of tea. Very mumbled between songs and their sound system seemed to be on about half power so they didn't create much atmosphere.

Funnily enough I'd seen them at the previous gig I'd been to (The Streets in Manchester) and didn't realise they were on the bill here until I got in.

Just listened back to 48:13. Actually think that album is better than it’s given credit for.

Other than the first album, this is my favourite. Brings back memories of that epic night on Vicky Park.
