The punishment given for his actions, 200 hours of unpaid community service, is too lenient for this type of incident imo.

It wouldn't, at all, deter people from doing such horrible acts.

I dare say he was probably in a unique situation where he had alot of money for some great legal advice but probably isn't famous enough to be made a proper example of.

I think if this was one of us, we (quite rightly) get jail but we don't all have a legal team telling us exactly how the judges minds work and get us to do all the courses to show as an example to the judge. I fail to see why his charity fundraising was brought up as any kind of defence? What does that prove? Jimmy Savile raised millions.

It's not defence for his actions, but in legal terms it's a roundabout way of his defence saying "look, he does lots of good stuff and this was an isolated incident which is out of character. Please take this into account when weighing it up against what he did." Not saying it's right or relevant, but character forms the part of anyone's defence if they find themselves up in the dock.

I find this interesting, particularly in the states where plea bargains are common and people with previous convictions find themselves doing lengthy sentences despite being completely innocent.

These will sell out like hot cakes.

I worked at the academy in Sheffield when they last played there. It was and I'm sure will still be the biggest bar taking of any gig they have had.

I’ll try for Sheffield definitely.

Completely forgot about the pre sale so only just got on but managed to get 2 for Manchester.

Just got general admission so no idea if that's standing or seating. Never been to a Kasabian gig where people in seats have sat anyway.

Wanted three for Sheffield, could only buy two maximum. Bought those but then just clicked back on the link and bought another one!

I was waiting for something to flag to say i'd hit my quota but it all went through fine - happy days!

Got myself two for Leicester. Will be the 7th time seeing them I think.

intrigued what it’ll be like with no Tom. Certain songs don’t seem like they would work but Serge has begged to be a front man for years really he’s got the charisma has he got the minerals
