sphericalfox Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 If Futcas was doing anything in training that warranted a start, I'd have thought he would be starting. He's giving himself a bad name....
dmayne7 Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Why is everybody harping on about Futacs and not Schlupp?! Hypocrisy
Ric Flair Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Waghorn was our best outfield player when he came on on Saturday, thankfully he didn't shoot. Big game for him tonight, let's have a goal. Their team is very strong.
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 What's the limit? He's started only a handful of games in a year. Just because you haven't seen Futacs doesn't mean the management haven't. We heard you first time Babs
Callabinho Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Would like to be positive about tonight's game, but I can only see a thrashing

Kitchandro Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Would like to be positive about tonight's game, but I can only see a thrashing You can only see a thrashing? Seriously? This is Bolton we're talking about.
pSinatra Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 4-4-2? Fancy Waghorn to bag for some strange reason. For the same reason I do.........it's about fookin time!!
lestajigs Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 How many chances to Waghorn need? Futacs deserves his chance surely. Dam right
Happy Fox Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 If Waghorn can hold the ball up and play the likes of Nugent and Knockaert than we will get goals perhaps he is a better target man than Futacs
Babylon Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Totally agree, what possible justification can Pearson (though i love the guy) give for playing Waghorn instead of giving Futacs or Schlupp a much needed 90 minutes? The lad has been a spectacular dud during his second spell here and needs a new club to regain his confidence desperately before his career has passed him by. Also, a VERY unproven Keane instead of Moore?...after just a single day at the club? Hmm. I hope i am mistaken but i fear for us tonight, a Bolton Wanderers team at home with their tales up against us who are a bit down at the moment could end badly and turn a blip into a slide. Irregardless...come on foxes!! :scarf: What justification? The justification he sees them in training all the time. But no, I'm sure you are correct having only seen them sporadically that they should be starting ahead of him.
MikeyT Posted 6 November 2012 Author Share Posted 6 November 2012 Ian Stringer â€@StringerSport Schmeichel's just asked for floodlights to be turned on so he can see, was told "hope u don't hurt your back pickin ball out of net tonight" Ian Stringer â€@StringerSport Talk about motivation. It's even wound me up and I've said as much on the air. Very unprofessional of the Bolton staff #cleansheet
Babylon Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Why is everybody harping on about Futacs and not Schlupp?! Hypocrisy Because they haven't seen him much yet, he's a new toy. What they forget is he could be massively shitter than the other two.
Fox92 Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Whitbread cannot play = we've got a chance.
martyn Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Waghorn's general play has been pretty decent when I've seen him this season. Certainly helps the ball stick up front more than Vardy. Don't think NP is wrong in selecting Waghorn, but rather, not assembling a front line with more genuine goal threat.
davieG Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Waghorn was way more impressive than Futacs when he came on against Watford. He's a bit limited but fits the team better.
kingfox Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Why is everybody harping on about Futacs and not Schlupp?! Hypocrisy Like Babylon said, and Futacs can offer a threat with height against Mills, while Schlupp can cause a threat to Mills with his pace, we want Mills to have a hard time tonight. Can Waghorn give him it, in my opinion and a lot of people's opinions the answer to that is NO!
Spiritwalker Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 4-4-2? Fancy Waghorn to bag for some strange reason. Me too, I don't know why but I've just got a gut feeling Waggy will score.
kingfox Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Bolton side: Bogdan, Ricketts, Knight, Mills, Warnock, Pratley, Andrews, Eagles, M Davies, Chung-Yong, K Davies Subs: Lynch, Mears, Ream, Petrov, Afobe, Sordell, Spearing That is an absolute quality bench. Happy Fox Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Matt Mills is a W**KER shout that loud and proud and he might buckle under the pressure, he did when we played Reading last season hopefully to our benefit this time

Wycombe Fox Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 We'll have to score at least two to win as we all know Mills will score against us. 3-1 City, Waghorn, Nugent and Lingard. Come on you blue boys!!!! :scarf:
lcfcsnow Posted 6 November 2012 Share Posted 6 November 2012 Well they've got a very strong 5 man midfield, our 4 doesn't fill me with much confidence
