Got to thinking about how American dramas (especially HBO) are so much better than our dramas here, besides Luther I cannot think of a UK drama worth mentioning. Or is it just my taste in dramas? As I have never been into the Sunday evening costume dramas which were famous for here.

Got a question for you lot!

I don't get why Walt decided to go back in drug trade in S3, is it because he has accepted the divorce and have nothing left to keep him out of it?

He explains why he did everything to Skylar in the last episode.

It's just my opinion, but it seems that it has less & less to do with the money & more to do with the thrill of it all.  Since he was diagnosed with cancer, he appears to enjoy the freedom it has given him - as odd as that may seem.

When he started cooking, he had a figure of $600k that he wanted to leave to his family.  He has passed that figure easily & there are a load of times where you think "quit while you're ahead".  He also has issues about being fvcked over by his old business partners at Grey Matter.

I've just about completed watching it for the second time (just started the last season).  It's still excellent the second time around & I notice that it's a lot funnier - the comedy stands out much more.  There's one moment that didn't seem so significant when I first saw it.  When he walks out of Tuco's place after the explosion.  When he gets back in his his car, he lets out a scream.  This seems to be the moment when his mindset changes.

Yeah, I thought he was really put off after events of S2. I thought it was a case of accepting the invetiablity, he is now divorced and he has nothing left to abide by and he might as well cook to make more monet. Shiny new lab might also helped.

Don't know if it's spoiler worthy but does anyone find themself on Walts side or feel sorry for him lol

Felt sorry for him until S2 finale. He could have easily chosen to quit for good in S3.

They do the TV, we do the music. That's been the deal for decades.

Series all finished.

I thought the ending was ok... for how good the series was, I thought the ending would be much more than it was. Everything Walt has done to everyone I thought he should have suffered more. Best series I've watched though. BITCH
