KFS Posted 19 July 2013 Posted 19 July 2013 Been beaut down in Bournemouth, Sandbanks beach is the one. Not liking this heat at night though, especially when your missus is like mine and radiates heat like the bloody sun. Getting sticky in bed, and not in a good way.
Matt Posted 21 July 2013 Posted 21 July 2013 Summer's gone Hope all you decent weather haters are happy! I'm hoping the decent weather comes back but i'm sceptical, the coming week looks decent temperatures but from a majority of sources it looks a mixture of wet, windy, cloudy and brief sunny spells, i.e - Shit. Come on English weather/summer prove me wrong. Gotta say though, the last 2 or 3 weeks have been good, very good, best weather we've had in a good 5 years, just hope it returns, quite cold today I think!
Matt Posted 21 July 2013 Posted 21 July 2013 Thunder by Thursday. Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Which suggests humidity. How anyone can celebrate or enjoy those conditions I do not know.
MooseBreath Posted 21 July 2013 Posted 21 July 2013 Love a good summer storm. Can't remember the last time we had one. If this month ends with hot sunny days leading to huge storms in the evening it will officially be the best July I can remember since I was a kid when every July was like this.
purpleronnie Posted 21 July 2013 Posted 21 July 2013 Looks blinkin lovely in london. Hit and miss next week. Depends on where you live in the UK, could be great, could be crappy.
Fox92 Posted 21 July 2013 Posted 21 July 2013 Been dull up here all day. Least it might be cold(er) tonight.

Today has been warmer than it was between Autumn last year and May this year! I've enjoyed the weekend; being able to sleep and not smelling like a rotten fish after an hour outside.

ScouseFox Posted 21 July 2013 Posted 21 July 2013 Still shorts and a t shirt weather here. Sun went missing a bit today but still easy about 20 degrees and muggy and sweaty. Gonna be 30C or so pretty much everywhere in the country tomorrow. And I'm finally off work. Booyaaa. Slight downside is the threat of thunderstorms. Tropical thunderstorms. In the north of England.
DennisNedry Posted 21 July 2013 Posted 21 July 2013 Perhaps cold was abit much but it certainly wasn't warm, I needed trousers and a hoodie on. Really? Are you sure you're in Leicester? I can quite comfortably sit outside in shorts and t-shirt now.
BoneDog Posted 22 July 2013 Posted 22 July 2013 I thought we were supposed to be having another week of blue skies and scorching sun? Bullshitting weather people. I've been and bought a lilo and some factor 10 aswell, which was pointless by the looks of it.

Not sure about that, the one I saw was a very mixed batch, depends on where you like in england though, midlands is iffy. Nice now though, had luch at work on this little patio thingy it was really nice, someone told be it could reach 35 degrees in some places down sarf today.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 22 July 2013 Posted 22 July 2013 I don't know about anyone else, but I'm sweating like the Duchess of Cambridge!
Stadt Posted 23 July 2013 Posted 23 July 2013 I'm actually scared of this Thunder that's happening now, It is so loud, the houses shakes a bit 😨I can hear sirens now
Happy Fox Posted 23 July 2013 Posted 23 July 2013 I don't think it is normal to see flash of lightening with eyes closed?
Finnegan Posted 23 July 2013 Posted 23 July 2013 I don't think it is normal to see flash of lightening with eyes closed? I had this and it was miles away, could barely hear the thunder at all but the lighting was staggeringly bright and very, very frequent. Immense.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 23 July 2013 Posted 23 July 2013 I could pop a wig on and a touch of make up and you'd shag me if I were to put a scouse accent on. I've missed MTWG
theessexfox Posted 23 July 2013 Posted 23 July 2013 Are we meant to be getting the hot weather back or is that it?
