Chelsea arguably lucky to draw. Another dark round for the Premier League.

I swear I pick the wrong game every time without fail.

Since the start of 2012-13, Ronaldo (15) has scored more Champions League away goals than Barcelona (13).

lol lol lol !!!!

I know you're not his biggest fan but you have to appreciate he's an animal.

Oh definitely. I wouldn't have posted that if I wasn't impressed. Scary stuff.

Just hope some of that can rub off on Bale (without him picking up the attitude!!)

Ronaldo doesn't have an attitude, he's actual quite humble off the pitch.

Ronaldo really is ridiculous. Seems to get better and better with age.

If ever there was a need to proof Terminators exist...

He can't be human!! :D

I can't be the only one who thinks that 'the players don't respect Moyes' is more a fault of the players themselves than Moyes?

I think part of it is down to having been managed by Fergie and the transition they're going through with Moyes.

They need two new centre backs and two new central midfielders if they want to be able to complete again.

No-one fears going to Old Trafford any more. United were normally always good for 14/15 home wins under Sir Alex. Not anymore. Teams that haven't won there for years are popping up with results now.

It's hard to rebuild whilst also trying to maintain standards. Liverpool being a prime example. I can see United going that way for a few years unless they spend massive to get the top players in.

You're right.

My only question is, if they don't qualify for any European football, which is a huge possibility, what quality players are they going to be able to attract? Like real genuine quality ones, we seen with Spurs in the Summer, they had a lot of money to spend but out all of their signings none have produced quality. Liverpool haven't been able to attract the better players, we've managed to keep Suarez but Suarez wasn't the player he was before he came to Liverpool. Rodgers found quality in Coutinho and gave Sturridge a chance.

The prospect of no Champions League football for Man United for the first time since 1995 is going to be a massive blow to the system, especially when all the top players Europe demand to be playing Champions League football.

Man United automatically go behind Man City and Chelsea in the Summer when it comes to the top targets, Chelsea and City will match wages and offer the European football.

Brilliant times ahead.

Buy players who are at other sides not in Europe and go on from there - maybe even the Europa League. I mean there's no huge pull factor to playing in the Europa League is there? If Sociedad end up in the Europa League then are their top players really going to turn Man Utd down?

They could do what Liverpool are in the process of going - which is building up from a weaker position and buy the next stars rather than the current ones. Who was Luis Suarez 3 years ago?

I still think the players are getting off far too lightly. They're the ones producing these inept displays and you can't blame just the manager for them going this much downhill.

I mentioned what Uncle Albert is mentioning on the previous page - without Champions League football for Utd, they won't be able to attract the better players or even compete with Chelsea/Man City or even some foreign clubs.

I still genuinely believe they won't make Europa League, either. Have said for about 5, 6 months now.

They'll have to rebuild like Liverpool did. Take a few seasons not worrying about Europe but simply just progressing and building the foundations of a solid, decent side. I must say fair play for Rodgers for doing just that. Now look at them - maybe not a force for the title this season, but next season I'd expect them to be. Obviously they'll have European matches to compete with but with the right signings in the summer it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

It'll be quite odd seeing Man Utd not play in the Champions League. When was the last time they played in the Europa League/UEFA Cup?

About 2 years ago when Aiax knocked them out wasn't it?

I don't give a **** if he bums animals and bullies children off the pitch (just as long as it's not the other way round, sorry ozleicester.)

I care about what he's like on the pitch and on the pitch his attitude is ****ing disgraceful. The tantrums and theatrics are embarrassing for a grown man. He's not alone in that regard, Drogba is another who's an absolute hero off the pitch (amazing humanitarian work back home) but a prize twat on it.)

That's the only downside for them, if they don't get any European football. Maybe this is just me but I think they're going to spend big after having Rooney signed his contract. He wanted to leave because they weren't getting the big players in. They've started off with Mata, surely there is more to come from them on that presumption.

Time will tell, and where I've always had a little soft spot for United it's nice to see them and their spoilt fans not getting there own way like they used to.

They'll always be the biggest club in England for me along with Liverpool but like you say - Champions league football with Liverpool or no Champions league with United. It's a no brainer surely.

Just like Bale and his diving then?
