It proves to be a yearly competition that brings together the very best players on the planet, a true test to the credentials of teams who want to prove they are the very best on the grandest stage. Clubs have fought long and hard to establish a legacy and there is no doubt, the UEFA Champions League is the greatest Club competition in football.

The summer has seen a huge influx of transfer activity, players selling for hundreds of millions of pounds looking to start a new chapter in their careers. The question is, which club has made the key acquisitions? Can these new faces propel their sides to glory? It is time to find out as we enter the UEFA Champions League tournament.

The idea is the same but there is a twist in the works, when you sign up you do not get to choose your team! 40 of the biggest clubs in European football will be placed into a hat and each member will be randomly drawn one of those teams to represent them. There will be the standard format, 32 teams with 8 groups. Teams play each other twice with the top 2 progressing, the knockout stages will be played over 2 legs & away goals will count.
