Deucalion Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 Thats only what they say though, don't believe all you read. Its 4:28 and still no announcement, mirror reporting crap again. Was the £50k a week thing in the Mirror or is it new information/ speculation/ bullpoop ? For the record, I think he will sign sometime this week and all this uncertainty will be forgotten. Either that or we treat him in the same way we treated Ricardo !!

Surely he can't sign tomorrow its a bank holiday.
Babylon Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 Someone congratulated his agent on Cuchos new club, his reply was "nothing still". Doesn't sound as though a decision is close. I imagine they'll wait until near enough the deadline to decide
KFS Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 He's not in London... https://m.facebook.com/officialcambiasso?fref=ts&refsrc=http%3A%2F%2Ffootballclubinternazionale1908.com%2F2014%2F08%2F24%2Fvideo-cambiasso-per-lice-bucket-challenge%2F&_rdr

Nomino Gabi Milito, Leonardo de Araujo and Nicolas Church. I recommend the donation!
Babylon Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 Who is his agent then? His brother. Who was in London yesterday.
Deucalion Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 He could've been in London yesterday and Milan by today. Just in case anyone was wondering, I didn't see him in Harrods buying a carpet, I made that up. He was buying pickle onions.
Giggsy77 Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 If this is true then pull out now, heart aint in it at all. The reason we played well yesterday is cos we had 11 players committed to the club. Sick of reading shite from different sources who all talk crap.

Dan Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 Good on Leicester. If he doesn't really want to be here then regardless of who he is - **** them.
Bert Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 I would say leave him now. We need players who want to play here. Don't agree everything and then change demands, because to me that's clear they were just using us as a makeweight, and we can't be seen to be being taken as mugs.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 It'll be a shame if it doesn't come off but I trust Nige hasn't thrown all his eggs in the one basket here.

Harry - LCFC Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 I think you need more than just ability. Players have to want to play for the club or they won't give their all and may even become a problem. People are criticising Matt for being sceptical but are we really 100% happy with having a player that might be a bit disinterested? I get that players want to consider their options but there seems to be a bit more to it than that in this case.
danfox76 Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 sounds like lcfc is a last resort for him, so i say screw him and move on

Seen it happen under Sven, I'm more grateful that we have a set up that doesn't stand for it now. If there's anything in the Diaz rumour (if he's up to it, of course) then get working on that one. Someone who would have something to prove by coming here.
TheUltimateWinner Posted 24 August 2014 Posted 24 August 2014 Thing is, from a neutral point of view, what incentive is there to join Leicester? He's coming from Inter, having previously played for Real Madrid, what are we to him? A new premiership club, sure we have ambition but I can see why he'd be skeptical. We're hardly offering him big bucks too, so that's not even an added incentive.
