mowmacrefox Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Abit more quality from us and we can win this more quality from us ,
Webbo Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Not great but we've got every chance second half. Just hope we don't have a man sent off.
The Guvnor Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Great pass from Ulloa to James who panicked on the ball and should have scored that and Albrightons cross which almost crept in only good points of a poor match.
lcfcsnow Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Last on motd tonight then unless we show some intent second half.
filbertway Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Jesus that was boring. If it was 2-1 to us as it could be it would be no reflection of the quality of the game that's for sure. Definitely need to see Vardy on, if we have any intention of winning this game. If the plan is to frustrate and try and nick a point then we're bang on.
Kitchandro Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Like I said before the match, we've set up completely the wrong way. Ulloa is isolated - he needs players like Vardy, Mahrez or even Nugent being close to him and linking up. He's all on his own - Schlupp and Albrighton are wingers, that's why they aren't close enough to him. Â We're playing like we're happy to draw 0-0 but Newcastle are poor and low on confidence. They are there for the taking if we decided to play football but we look almost Pulis-esque at the moment. Â Subs need to be made before half time before we go 1-0 down. The match is still within our grasp if we rectify the issues quickly.
Kitchandro Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 I'm not convinced by Albrighton at all. His job is surely to get crosses in but he's not been able to do that despite being on the right hand side of the box several times. The one that hit the post was a poor delivery from a good position. He also doesn't put a foot in, which we need in a scrappy match like this.  Schlupp likewise. We've just picked the wrong individuals to be up there with Ulloa. We need Vardy and Mahrez on then we'll see the real Leicester.
DennisNedry Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Tepid first half. Â Again, Nigel, why the negative team? Â For me, Albrighton isn't ready to start and Schlupp just shouldn't be near the first XI. Â Still think we can nick this though. Get Vardy on to support Ulloa!!

We're doing exactly what is required, 15 more minutes of this and St James will go into meltdown. Then make the changes and go for the kill.
Captain... Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Our game plan is working apart from the Colocini's they have created nothing. I understand why the Toon fan on here said they were poor at set-pieces nobody really attacking the ball. Â We are too hurried on the ball, too many quick balls forward to an isolated player, if we only have one player up front we need to be a bit ore patient in the build up, allow the supporting players time to get forward. That is partly down to Newcastle, who are playing a good pressing game, but with little composure, much like us. Â A bit more composure and getting Schlupp on the ball to run at Janmaat, and introducing Vardy at some point, then we can take these, but I'm worried by the number of fouls and yellows, we can't afford a player sent off. We need to be a bit more disciplined and composed.
Webbo Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 I think Schlupp's there more for his defensive qualities.
kingfox Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Look to introduce King & Vardy if we can't find a breakthrough, Jeff only arrived back probably sometime yesterday.  Few comments on twitter from fans, say Albrighton looks decent.Â
J.Lisemore Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Schlupp has done well defensively, but not offering anything going forward unfortunately. As has been said, the gameplan is working but you feel if we attacked this a little bit more, we could win this.
lgfualol Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Dear Nigel Ban defenders from doing long balls Yours Sincerly Everyone
HoustonFox Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Dear Nigel Ban defenders from doing long balls Yours Sincerly Everyone PS - same goes for Kasper
lgfualol Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 We've all wanted to do that to De Laet this season
Finnegan Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 These are ****ing shit. Why are we set up like we're terrified of them? Should have Vardy and Mahrez on, it'd be the other way around.
orangecity23 Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Don't like this, turning out too much like the palace game ATM
DennisNedry Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Where's the pace, the urgency, the desire? Â We're lackluster.
Guest Col city fan Posted 18 October 2014 Posted 18 October 2014 Subs needed..just the right time Cmon Vardy!
