spaghettilegs Posted 27 December 2014 Posted 27 December 2014 From Sky Sports live updates this morning: 08:23 QPR EYE SINCLAIR Harry Redknapp is looking to bring Manchester City outcast Scott Sinclair to QPR in January, writes the Daily Mirror. Redknapp is under pressure to avoid relegation on a budget and has already revealed he looking to bring loan players to Loftus Road during the transfer window. But reports suggests Rangers are ready to try and secure a cheap permanent deal or a loan for the 25-year-old. Why aren't we making a move.
escape2victory Posted 27 December 2014 Posted 27 December 2014 Tomlin Olsson Sakho Bassong Abdi Redmond Some gems still around at championship level, all would improve us in key areas
MC Prussian Posted 27 December 2014 Posted 27 December 2014 There's a few mentions on the BBC website: http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/30280875 That Soares lad from New England sounds like the real deal - at the right age, as well.
LCCFox96 Posted 27 December 2014 Posted 27 December 2014 Where we not linked with Omar Gonzalez of L.A Galaxy in the summer? He always impressed me when I saw him play for the USA, admittedly that was on only a few occasions. Could still be an attainable target for us?In the World Cup I thought the Americans had some impressive players on show, particularly in defence. I was impressed with Matt Besler of Sporting Kansas City and John Anthony Brooks of Hertha Berlin. They could both do a job for us and are relatively attainable. Both Gonzalez and Besler are 26 and 27 while Brooks has potential at 21 so are in a good age range for us all with top flight experience in the States and Germany.
Benguin Posted 27 December 2014 Posted 27 December 2014 Sign up Patrick Bamford. This is realistic and could help are in front of goal situation
MC Prussian Posted 29 December 2014 Posted 29 December 2014 Mohamed Salah has been mentioned a few times, a loan move isn't too far-fetched. Then we have another player with a history at FC Basel who is not getting a lot of minutes at his club: Kay Voser (Fulham) is hardly utilized and we could do with another Swiss left-back (remember BB).
adamlcfcbevo85 Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 Aaron Lennon and Danny rose told they can leave club ! I would try and get both of these they are not impossible for us to capture these 2 talents would need some good negotiations thou,
MikeyT Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 Would absolutely take both but as Stan said, they would never come to us. Watch QPR swoop.
RizLCFC Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 Townsend would be good on loan, but yeah Harry will probably get all three.
outfoxed 92 Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 Lennon will be on crazy wages and has hardly played football recently, will be rusty and will need a good 6 weeks to get match sharp we don't have that time. I would rather us take a gamble on someone who isn't as well known but is match sharp and hungry to play.
sdb Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 Ambitious and unlikely, but would be great additions, especially Rose. Surely they'll go elsewhere though.
LCFC FOX Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 Lennon and Rose would be good. Rose the perfect LB for us. Lennon also being pacey could be a great capture for counter attacking football. Plus we'll be great on Fifa
dayday Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 Harry has come out today and said there will be little or no business for QPR during this transfer window, due to not being able to afford the players if they go down.
RizLCFC Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 Harry has come out today and said there will be little or no business for QPR during this transfer window, due to not being able to afford the players if they go down. He's after loan deals.

I suppose both Rose and Lennon have continued to train with the first team, so the whole recovery process or "finding-back-to-fitness" part is negligible. Lennon was a household name a few seasons ago, but I think he's pretty much gone underneath the radar for one to two years now. Rose would be the perfect fit at LB, I think.
sylofox Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 Is anyone on watch at Morrisons today so we can have breaking news as it happens.
mugshot Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 Is anyone on watch at Morrisons today so we can have breaking news as it happens. Yep just seen a young lad in an LCFC top grab a baguette before sauntering down the cake aisle....seemed happy with his choice and had a smile on his face.
Nick Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 I'm not sure Rose will leave even if they say he's unwanted at Spurs, I think he signed a 5 year contract in July. He'd be great for us though - he'd get in the side every week and can play on the left wing as well as left back - could interchange with Schlupp nicely on an overlap.
ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 We need a winger.....Just watching the Dundee derby and Gary Mackay-Steven is having another good game for United. Amazed he's still there tbh, Got pace, skilful and can cross a ball....Someone will surely snap him up soon. Anyone else got an opinion on him?? Momo Sylla also had many good games in that league... just saying.
Ozwin Posted 1 January 2015 Posted 1 January 2015 Callum McManaman. Remember him bursting on the scene in the Prem and thought he looked very tidy. English too which is always nice.
