john doe Posted 7 January 2015 Posted 7 January 2015 Huth must be available now stoke have signed the German .and the fact he was at boro with schwarzer helps
Thefoxman Posted 7 January 2015 Posted 7 January 2015 Seeing as there may have been a deal done for kramaric to move to Chelsea in the summer maybe there could be a loan for salah in the pipe line....just a thought and a hopefull one
Bettsj2 Posted 7 January 2015 Posted 7 January 2015 Huth would be superb. I'm sure he played with Upson at Stoke as well as Schwarzer at Boro.
bovril Posted 7 January 2015 Posted 7 January 2015 A friend who works for the Bulgarian FA just told me we are after Terziev from Ludogorets, in competition with Lazio. Although for as long as I've known this guy he's come across as a compulsive liar. GeoffPetersTalkSPORT @talkSPORTgeoff Follow Likely that #LCFC will be strengthening the defence in the transfer window; I hear a centre back from abroad could be on his way very soon. 9:19 PM - 7 Jan 2015 *ahem* ITK *ahem* 22 yrs old, centre back for a good team and its not like we havent signed BG players before (Tunchev/Kishishev) so could have some credibility. Also Bovril Im over BG for Velikden, wondered if you might fancy a beer if I come to Sofia or you happen to be around Plovdiv Sounds good, I tend to get out of the city during holidays but PM me nearer the date and I'll let you know.
MC Prussian Posted 7 January 2015 Posted 7 January 2015 Where's MrRandomSilly gone out of a sudden? Great news! Let the guessing game begin - which league and which club could it be? I'll go with France's Ligue 1 and Olympique Lyon. Or Saint-Etienne.
Scotch Posted 8 January 2015 Posted 8 January 2015 I would say that a LB,a CB and a winger is what we need in this window. Not sure who I would realistically go for in defence but I have a suggestion for the winger position. We seem to be very interested in Maloney, and as much as it does not excite me,being Scottish, I know he is still capable of magic but I would like to put forward one of his international teammates for consideration. Ikechi Anya. Not sure how much he would cost of if they would sell but having saw him play for Scotland a few times this season, he is fast, has a nice touch and has a good delivery. I would certainly take him over Maloney. What do you guys think?
David Posted 8 January 2015 Posted 8 January 2015 Players I have seen linked with clubs in the lower half of the league. Naughton - 4million S Sinclair - 2.5million M Keane - 3Million A Lennon - No price Januzaj - loan I think all of these are realistic signings for us.
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 9 January 2015 Posted 9 January 2015 If dreams are to come true for me we will sign. Naughton Van Dijk Sinclair Maloney (more as a attacking midfielder) Kramaric Defoe Would cost around £26m in transfer funds !!
ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 9 January 2015 Posted 9 January 2015 Players I have seen linked with clubs in the lower half of the league. Naughton - 4million S Sinclair - 2.5million M Keane - 3Million A Lennon - No price Januzaj - loan I think all of these are realistic signings for us. Michael Keane has signed for Burnley... wouldn't want him anyway!
Wilson_6 Posted 9 January 2015 Posted 9 January 2015 BBC are saying villa will have to pay 3 mil for Scott Sinclair. We should defo pay that, just what we need.
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 9 January 2015 Posted 9 January 2015 Tottenham are willing to listen to offers for Kaboul from what I've heard today ??
One Half Wonder Posted 12 January 2015 Posted 12 January 2015 http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/551300/Aston-Villa-2-5m-Bid-Manchester-City-Scott-Sinclair Would need a 25% pay cut. Do you think Pearson would ever sign a 'name'? Lennon and Sinclair on the wings could be good
ronnup Posted 12 January 2015 Posted 12 January 2015 Absoltely nothing about us in that article at all. Says he's agreed terms with Villa...can't see it warrants a thread. Would love him here though.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 12 January 2015 Posted 12 January 2015 Meh, he was good for Swansea about three years ago but he simply hasn't played enough competitive football since for me to be all that excited at the prospect of signing him. I know Man City is a great environment to learn, being around and training with such quality footballers, but he'd not have gotten any better making the odd league cameo, Capital One Cup start and kicking about in West Brom's ressies, surely? If Pearson thinks there's something there I'm on board, though.
Carl the Llama Posted 12 January 2015 Posted 12 January 2015 http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/551300/Aston-Villa-2-5m-Bid-Manchester-City-Scott-Sinclair Would need a 25% pay cut. chapero82 Posted 12 January 2015 Posted 12 January 2015 @TimPearsonMedia: The word is that #LCFC have a 'significant amount of money' to spend this month.
