ScouseFox Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 people on here have wanted Spurs away in the cup for about 10 years as well
Buzzell Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Did anyone else get a little excited when twenty something was said for derby away I had my fingers crossed at this point. Shame really. Would of been lovely to watch the lads smash **** out of the sheep staggers.
Corky Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 I'd prefer a trip to burnley but suspect it will be spurs Wonder how many we will bring ? Could be a TV game Doubt it, Cambridge v Man United, Brighton v Arsenal, Birmingham v WBA all more likely.
RowlattsFox Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Hope Burnley go through due to locality. All these years hoping for prem teams and now when we're in the league we keep getting them.
Donut Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 I think the Met Police are probably praying for a Bradford win in their replay with Millwall, or itll be the Football Factory derby. 2am kickoff.

Mike the Metal Ed Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 people on here have wanted Spurs away in the cup for about 10 years as well If the Internet has taught me anything it's that 90% of people are miserable sods who don't even like the things they enjoy.
filbertway Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Decent draw overall I thought, some real standout ties with Cambridge v Arsenal, Brum v WBA and Brighton v Arsenal, Donny or Brizzle v West Ham or Everton (genuine chance of an upset if it were to be Bristol v Everton I think). Would Chelsea v Millwall be a pwopa nawtee affair?
HighPeakFox Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 If the Internet has taught me anything it's that 90% of people are miserable sods who don't even like the things they enjoy. Love this. And anyway, could have been worse - Wycombe at home anyone?
The Doctor Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Both fairly winnable - Burnley are crap, and I wasn't impressed by Spurs last month. Burnley more winnable, so I'd prefer that, get a cup run doing and dent their confidence.
josh_baskin Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Should burnley loose, what do you think the likelihood would be of me obtaining a ticket for this fixture be as a silver member??
weller54 Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Come on Burnley!!... Hate spurs with a passion!!!
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Love this. And anyway, could have been worse - Wycombe at home anyone? Having to watch Lawrie Sanchez all over tonight's tie has given me PTSD.
leicesterisme Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Dont think it's that bad of a draw, could have been alot worse. Would prefer Burnley away out of the two.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Probably the worst draw for any of the Premier league sides left, be nice if Burnley beat Spurs I suppose.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 The only true shit draw is Southampton or West Brom because it's a guaranteed defeat.
Captain... Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Can't complain really, no chance of a morale damaging upset, a good chance of winning the game Spurs were average at our place and will be looking to rotate. If we lose no big deal can concentrate on the league. it would also provide an adequate test for our youth/fringe players/new signings if any need fitness or testing at this level is needed. Worst thing would have been a lower league team that could cause an upset, or a draw which is a high possibility with this draw.
ScouseFox Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 The only true shit draw is Southampton or West Brom because it's a guaranteed defeat. was delighted when Cardiff drew reading. either of those two away had half hearted 2-0 defeat in front of 2500 sat down away fans written allll over it.
davieG Posted 5 January 2015 Author Posted 5 January 2015 Burnley / Spurs drawing tonight would be good
ealingfox Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Could reignite Stringer's love for the Club if we got Spurs Away and won.
Dan Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Doubt it, Cambridge v Man United, Brighton v Arsenal, Birmingham v WBA all more likely. You'd have said Blyth v Birmingham would be on over Everton v West Ham too. I wouldn't rule ours out. Ours is the only guaranteed all Premier League tie.
Dan Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Burnley / Spurs drawing tonight would be good Not in terms of buying train tickets. Burnley's £15 return from Narborough with a 16-25 railcard for those interested. I want Burnley. Made my mind up.
DB11 Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Decent draw overall I thought, some real standout ties with Cambridge v Arsenal, Brum v WBA and Brighton v Arsenal, Donny or Brizzle v West Ham or Everton (genuine chance of an upset if it were to be Bristol v Everton I think). Would Chelsea v Millwall be a pwopa nawtee affair? Harsh on Arsenal having to play two teams in the same round!
promised land Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Decent draw overall I thought, some real standout ties with Cambridge v Arsenal, Brum v WBA and Brighton v Arsenal, How's that work then? Did Arsenal have two balls in the pot to give them twice the advantage of progressing?
