C-man Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 The fact is none of those players are likely to be better than Kramaric. They'd just be newer. Until 5 games later when dannythefox deems them not good enough for us.
dannythefox Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Yeah let's drop the players who have got us to first in the league shall we? Better players. ha ha so your basically saying don't play kram?
The Doctor Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 ha ha so your basically saying don't play kram? Well what he's actually saying is don't change a team that's doing well, which would apply more to your suggested signings than to Kramaric, who has at least been involved in a couple of games this season...
dannythefox Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 I really can't believe anyone is moaning about kram he's not good enough simple. Please come and shoot me down if I turn out to be wrong, but I won't!
The Horse's Mouth Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Slightly different but I understand it would be hard to lure a player like him to us but would show our intent. If the owners do really want European football, that's the type of player we need to compete! Linked with Liverpool, they are hardly a better team than us on our day. Yes they have big name players but we have better ones with less of a name. It's not different Auba's goals conversion this season puts him in the category of one of the best strikers in the world. The Liverpool link is paper talk, literally only because Klopp is at Liverpool now if he comes to England he goes to an Arsenal or a Man City. Even with our league position, we can't prove we're the finished article until the end of the season.
AyewJoking Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Why are people trying to make a big deal about him putting in that block? So what he made that run, he only played for 10 minutes. And it was called offside anyway so it didn't matter. i thought he was being mardy and wanted out of the club so to make that effort in a game which was good as lost was good attitude.

I do think we should be looking at players who could get us in the top 4 though, not Charlie Austin.

We're not going to find a top 4 level striker in January anyway, we're better off going for someone young like Embolo and forge them into one if we have a chance of actually keeping in this position long term.

With our scouts track record I'm sure they have their eyes on players for different phases of our growth as a club. We can now sign much better players at this point of our journey than the players we could have signed if we were, as predicted by some, near the bottom of the table. I think we will sign a few hidden Gems in January.
hornyhollthefox123 Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Off to Watford / Bournemouth or an Italian side according to press in Italy. http://gianlucadimarzio.com/news-cat/kramaric-e-pronto-a-lasciare-il-leicester-ci-sono-genoa-bologna-torino-e-non-solo/
hackneyfox Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Off to Watford because Deeney is coming this way?
TheMightySystem Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Kramaric has just retweeted an article stating that he wants to leave. got a link cause on the twitter i am following he hasn't

Please come and shoot me down if I turn out to be wrong, but I won't! just loaded my gun, and hid it at the end of the town...Gainsborough.. Its only a paintgun, but it will change your colour to hide your embarrasment, then a clonk on the head, to knock some sense into you, just like your mother promised...
bongo92 Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Inevitable series of comments. Those saying he s rubbish Those saying he s good/untested Reality is that he s not lived up to expectations so far on the little chances he s been given in the first team. Its in the realm of possibility that he could turn up his game like vardy did from the end of the last season. However I dont think he will due to the lack of time he will get. I see him being sold to a prem team then he ll come back to haunt us like kermegont >.>
dannythefox Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 Why do people say stuff like this? Have people still not learned from Jamie Vardy making everyone look like a complete twunt? Vardy got his chance and took it and I always said he'd cause problems from the first time I watched him at Halifax nobody could get anywhere near him. As for kramaric I don't think he'll get a run of games and defo not when we get another striker but will see.
justfoxes Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 Loads of press reports saying interest from Scotland to Italy for Kram but this is his best opportunity to step up and show us what he really can do,does he partner Vards just behind him or do we keep with the Okazaki or Ulloa formula against a difficult Man City side, as some on here have not really been impressed by the latter of late. Bit of a quandary this debate but he did show a little something Saturday against Liverpool do we give him a shot first half see what he can achieve does he have the desire to fight for his place can he step up to the mark? I hope so he had such great aspirations of being a great player with his record in Croatia!!
Nalis Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 Have we ever had another player who has played such little time but yet created so much debate before?

Fair play.
MC Prussian Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 Have we ever had another player who has played such little time but yet created so much debate before? Leon Crncic?
dylanlegend Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 I remember us all writing Vardy off during his first season saying he's not good enough blah blah blah. That one turned out OK. Fact is we don't know how good Kram will be unless he gets a decent run of game and a bit of confidence. I hope he gets his chance but it's not as simple as that when we're at the top.
