NotTheMarketLeader Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 I'm just not excited by Austin..I know loads are. I see him as a better version of Ulloa.. He knows where the goal is but he's too slow to play the game we play. The thought of playing some games with Austin and Ulloa up top fills me with a dread of going to long ball and aiming for their heads. Austin alongside Vardy..that I get. But I'm not sure personally. Would love to see Slimani at the club. Eh up Col, again I have to agree wholeheartedly. Two big blokes up makes for shocking football.
(.) (.) Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Ayoze,Naismith, long, kone, diouf are 5 that would improve our fire power and are better than kramaric How many of that lot are gettable?
Tuna Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 How many of that lot are gettable? None and I've no idea who 'Diouf' is either!
C-man Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Ayoze,Naismith, long, kone, diouf are 5 that would improve our fire power and are better than kramaric Absolutely zero evidence of that claim.
matty98 Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Where have people got the idea Austin is slow from? He's definitely faster than Ulloa and maybe Okazaki aswell
NGoloMode Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Where have people got the idea Austin is slow from? He's definitely faster than Ulloa and maybe Okazaki aswell FIFA probably.. he's definitely not a slow player from what I've seen.
Clever Fox Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Ayoze would be a good signing as a winger with a real eye for goal. Naismith would be perfect for the number ten role. He puts himself about , can pick a pass and has a good eye for goal. I can't see Everton letting him go to easily.
Carlos88LCFC Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 How much intent would if show if we slapped a reasonable sized bid in for someone of the calibre of Aubamayeng (or how ever you spell it). He's rapid and would fit our style of play.

Sly Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Kramaric needs game time though and that means he'll need to either leave on loan or perm to further his development.
Carlos88LCFC Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 I'd love to see him in a Leicester shirt. Him and Embolo! I say to myself "he would never come" but we are where we are in the league on merit, we haven't fluked it! If we did sign some class players it could help Mahrez and Vardy stay!
volpeazzurro Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 No, he is...he is better than Leo. I love Leo, he's a battler and gives it his all. He's also too slow AND has started to snatch at chances...the sign of a srriker who isn't playing enough. Austin is more of a poacher and would score more. But we are top of the Prem. Top of the most competitive division in the world. Is Austin the answer if we were to lose Vardy for a spell? I don't think he's good enough personally. He's got to be up with play to poach. Scored admitted some good goals. Wonder how Krameric would have done given the same amount of games. Don't see anyone paying big money, supposedly has a dodgy knee and one decent injury to be out of the game (only Internet talk admitedly).

Danizen Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 We should give Kramaric the majority of the next two games to see what he can do. When he came here he was getting himself in great positions but being very casual with the finish. The save by Vorm against Spurs was world class but Kramaric shouldn't have even given him a chance, the attempted chip vs Arsenal, the almost open goal vs West Ham (I think Cresswell cleared it off the line), the fantastic skill to beat two Swansea players and then instead of going for the simple finish, he tried to curl it into the top corner and missed and of course the other attempted chip against West Ham in the cup. It paints the picture of a very casual player and one who is always searching for the perfect goal. That needs to change. He has chances, he makes chances for himself and other people, he's not a hard-working player but he is very mobile and he does try some intelligent runs he just needs to hit it when he gets a chance like he did against Arsenal, QPR and Bury.

Carlos88LCFC Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 yeah, while we're at it let's put a cheeky offer in for Messi and IbraSlightly different but I understand it would be hard to lure a player like him to us but would show our intent. If the owners do really want European football, that's the type of player we need to compete! Linked with Liverpool, they are hardly a better team than us on our day. Yes they have big name players but we have better ones with less of a name.
dannythefox Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Absolutely zero evidence of that claim. you never seen them play? All score or assist goals proven prem players.
C-man Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 you never seen them play? All score or assist goals proven prem players. All with way more appearances. Kramaric has made 6 starts for fvck sake use your head. The goals he has scored for us suggest there is more talent there than you, and plenty of other Leicester fans, are giving him credit for.

Great Boos Up Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 We need him to step up and perform and he needs us! Fingers crossed for the lad! Cummon Son! we paid that money because somewhere in there is a goal machine, don't let us down and prove yourself.
C-man Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 all better players what ever you say playing regular football for there clubs if he was any good he'd of been playing regular under Pearson never mind raniari Yeah let's drop the players who have got us to first in the league shall we? Better players.
Corky Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 He did play regularly under Pearson. He played 15 of the 19 games he was available for last season (17 League, 2 Cup).
