Nalis Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 We have 2 options: 1) Sell him at a loss 2) Loan him out for the rest of the season to put him on the shop window to potentially get more money for him I like the guy but there is absolutely no value in us having him if he's not being picked.
Guest LCFC_World Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 Was looking forward to seeing him today, need more strikers and he has the quality but just not the confidence. Remember vardys first season here? There you go,
Nalis Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 The thing is though Vardy circa 2012/13 would have been picked for a cup game or at least had a chance from the bench.
FireFox Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 Fans favourite by full time! Love me some Krama
Lesta2014 Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 Sure I saw him at the back of the bench so had obviously travelled! Wonder what his attitudes like in training etc?
EGBFitness Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 Looks like he is sat on the bench anyway. Yes pretty much full squad travelled, even Vardy was there who wasn't playing today
Dr The Singh Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 The guy is a pure team.player. shame he is surplus to requirements
bobtickle Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 Obviously after today it looks almost certain he's off. But in terms of not featuring before this game maybe it has something to do with triggering a payment for appearances.

CollinsLCFC Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 Maybe he's being rested for Weds Rest the player who is in need of match sharpness?
Eastwellfox Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 Close the thread he has gone. He was a mistake and lets face it we are entitled to a couple of duds amongst some of the gems we have brought in.
filbertway Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 what does this mean I'm guessing Rainieri is just trying to be nice about him, he obviously doesn't think he's a fantastic striker otherwise the man would be playing. I imagine Kram's probably happy to stay here as he's earning a decent wedge at the minute, on the other hand, if he wants to become a good striker at the top level he needs to be playing. I'd like to see him go on loan for 6 months and get some football under his belt. Shinji scored a nice goal today but he also spent the other 90% of the time on his arse looking hopefully at the ref. It just seems so weird that he's viewed so poorly that he isn't even being given a real chance.
Nalis Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 Close the thread he has gone. He was a mistake and lets face it we are entitled to a couple of duds amongst some of the gems we have brought in. Exactly this. I like the guy but I can't believe some people still question why he isnt being picked despite how well our first and second XI are doing.
EnglishOxide Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 Exactly this. I like the guy but I can't believe some people still question why he isnt being picked despite how well our first and second XI are doing. People question why he isn't picked because we can only judge by what we see, not what we don't see. What we've seen is that he's a natural finisher with a bit of pace and flair, whose only run of games for us has been out of position. Just because he's not getting picked it doesn't mean he is shit, or has been shit for us. It means the other 3 are doing the job asked of them, or the manager thinks he doesn't fit into the formation or style of play. Or that he might simply want to offload him to get an improvement in.
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 Bit of a weird one. From the little we've seen of him I think he could do a job and if Pearson was still here I'm sure he would have played a lot more. Claudio obviously doesn't fancy him though so I'll have to back his judgement. Maybe he's the biggest victim of our success (i.e. if we weren't doing so well he'd be deemed worth a chance). Obviously has a good attitude and there's certainly something about him (although I've always questioned if his lack of a left foot would hold him back as his right one certainly has some class) but it's not going to work for him here. I'm sure he'll be a success elsewhere and I'd hope we stick in a sell on clause in any deal.
The Doctor Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 what does this mean Sounds like Ranieris got no plans for him to be involved this season - so he'd lose six months just rotting in the stiffs.

EnglishOxide Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 when did we see the natural finishing? Its evident throughout his spells at his last 2 clubs. And his goals for us have been well taken.
filbertway Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 when did we see the natural finishing? Just realised how much he loves that bottom corner. Check mate because hopefully when you search for those chipped shots, nobody has uploaded them to youtube

filbertway Posted 10 January 2016 Posted 10 January 2016 If only people made compilations of shit shots and easy misses because I think his finishing has been pretty terrible for someone who's supposed to be great at it. To back you up http://www.squawka.com/football-player-rankings#shot-accuracy#player-stats#english-barclays-premier-league|season-2014/2015#leicester#forward#16#44#0#0#90#16/08/2014#24/05/2015#season#1#all-matches#shots#desc#90 Crazy the amount of shots he had per 90 considering some of the formations and systems he played in. But yeah, 44% accuracy is not as impressive as you'd hope. Obviously it doesn't tell the whole story as he could just be forcing shots from tight situations. Would still expect it to be above 50% though. I hope he goes on and has a decent career anyway. Quite an exciting player to watch with a great reading of the game and a great touch to go with it.
