As many have posted, it's a cup game and still not made the bench, there has been 2 different managers in place now who have been in place and still can't get into the team. Any fan who is beating his drum need to admit they only got excited about his transfer because of the fee and the you tube videos. Has he ever really done enough when he has been on the pitch.... Not really no. Positional play is poor, very one footed, weak when on the ball, poor decision making in front of goal. To not make the team when a new signing has gone straight in and a youth team player has also gone straight in is his attitude right!? He must not be doing enough in training sessions to be considered for the bench so could be by working hard enough and giving that impression to management. There was the public announcement too he didn't understand why he wasn't playing, we have a big squad with a lot of players struggling for game time but no one else have came out publicly and stated their annoyance. This Arsenal game that everyone keeps going on about, yes he scored but I never feel he set the world alight, a good game but not enough to warrant constant praise, I'm sure even Akinbiyi had 1 good game. Some signings just don't work out, this is one of them.
