skmanuk Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 He's had his nine lives and more, get rid now!
Bluefoxtim Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Been 100% behind him until today. So so negative and to make one, ONE change all game???
Kitchandro Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 We should have got rid of him when we all thought we had got rid of him. He's just such a nob, who doesn't even make 3 substitutions when we're losing and we've been absolutely dreadful from minute 1? Insane.
tylesta Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 One change when it was obvious we was struggling.
MC Prussian Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Knives out quickly again today... No surprise, given the source of "input starter".
Monsell1976 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 He's had his nine lives and more, get rid now!Wrong forum for this thread mate, you are talking to the converted on the forum pal
Mark Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Given him the benefit of the doubt a lot this season due to poor finishing but that was ridiculous, two defeats to a dreadful Villa side. Think today has shown he isn't upto the task, clueless from start to finish.
l444ry Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 He just can't let go of his precious 4-4-2. Turns a positive 5-4-1 into a negative disgrace within days. Looks like Daddy Thai was right all along and should pull rank on his son immediately.

GaelicFox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 It would actually be the kind thing to do , is remove him now , the guy needs to go walking in the mountains and find him mojo Totally exposed at this level But I still like him as a man
thegaffa Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Totally agree, tactically he is atrocious. Managers need to adapt as football tactics/formations change regularly in games and unfortunately Pearson is too stubborn in his approach.
chapero82 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Do a #pearsonout on Twitter get sky involved that would do it
NotTheMarketLeader Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Knives out quickly again today... No surprise, given the source of "input starter". What from THIS season do you say, makes Pearson worthy of managing our club? For me any goodwill from last season has been used up for some time. All evidence suggests he is tactically clueless. In August we will be back where we were 2 years before, so to my mind he has failed in that time to take the club forward, in the most important area - in FOOTBALLING TERMS.
Fox 4 Life Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Do a #pearsonout on Twitter get sky involved that would do it Gary will be on board
cullenfox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Yet another disappointing result against a team we could have beaten. Something is seriously wrong here and has been for quite some time. Whether that be the players or Pearson, something is going to have to give at some point. I really hope Pearson isn't sacked but it is becoming more and more difficult to defend him.

In August we will be back where we were 2 years before, so to my mind he has failed in that time to take the club forward, in the most important area - in FOOTBALLING TERMS. Progressing in the FA Cup is some sort of success. And I don't think he's useless in tactical terms - otherwise, we wouldn't have gotten a single point in the league so far. THIS season, I think both the manager and the players have let the fans down. The latter more so than the former. Today's result is one that Pearson needs to take responsibility for - one substitution in the entire game and no clue what input to give his team in the first 25 minutes of the second half. He has indeed brought this club forward, but now the engine's stalling. To me, that is nothing new with Pearson. It took him time to adapt to the Championship and we're seeing it again - fortunately, some fans' patience isn't the same than the board's. Btw: In August, we could be back where we were a year and a few months ago. Mc are you top in disguise Nope. Are you Tim Sherwood in disguise?
