Is Argos a good shop, is England a nice ace. Etc pendant must leave now- nags head beckons.It depends on whether he is referring to 'Leicester' as an entity (ie. the club), in which case 'is' is correct; if he is referring to 'Leicester' as s collection of individuals (the team), then 'are' is acceptable.Leicester rule?
