Finnegan Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 Why does everyone here seem to hate Dyche? I don't want him for manager but it seems a lot of people think he's the worst c*unt in the world and I don't know why. I think he's a self aggrandising twat who actually believes the Cult Of Dyche and is far too preoccupied with sustaining it. I'd forgive all of that and welcome him with open arms if he'd done anything like a half decent job at Burnley. Given he and they were borderline Derby last season he can **** right off. Boyd, Jutkiwitz and that other one? **** off. Mahrez cost us less than any of em.
chuck'em Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 Saw this coming. It could have been any football club they bought - they just have the money to do it. We are just another expensive toy and when you don't respect or look after your toys, you break them. Can't believe they have done this at this time, watch out for the red first team strip. So much nonsense.

Guest Bob Hazels shorts Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 Travelling 7,000 miles to watch a game and investing £100m + and without whom we'd be in the shiit. The owners have made a decision and like it or not we have to live with it. Managers come and go, the owners are in it for a while hopefully, although in the early days they must of wondered what the feck they'd let them self in for. Keep Steve Walsh, decent manager and Cambiaso as assistant
Domsdad Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 Not wanting to be a conspiracy merchant, but any coincidence we have been linked with Downing and Jenkinson...
The Doctor Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 If they do as well as Nigel Pearson, they'll get as much support as Nigel Pearson. Pearson has turned the club around, he's done an incredible amount for us. I don't think many people will instantly dismiss a new manager, even though we shouldn't be looking for one, but I don't see why you think anyone should instantly be just as enthusiastic about a manager we'll have no connection with. Depends who it is - there's a handful that I'd be wanting out before a ball was even kicked - Colin, Dennis Wise (both incredibly unlikely) and Redknapp, because frankly better to cut off the cancerous cell now before it has a chance to grow.

Guest Bob Hazels shorts Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 You'd expect the same though this time wouldn't you? They've struck me as such a team that they'd leave together, that's what I can't understand. These guys will be earning well and no doubt have mortgages etc Getting sacked and paid off is one thing, if thet choose to following him they get nothing.

I'm a bit hurt that you think I'd categorize Colin, Dennis or Redknapp as managers to be honest

What a bag of s#ite. They won't change the colour because King Power's brand is blue, that's been said countless times. And without their money we'd be semi-funded mid-table Mandaric side, still wondering if we'd ever make the step up. They're not perfect but compared to the cvnt at Blackpool and King cvnt at Hull, they're doing fine. It's a stupid decision but let's wait to see who it is before making stupid statements like yours.

The club is bigger than any manager or owners. This decision by the owners goes against any rational thought so they better have an ace up their sleeve.
The_77 Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 Bookies making Big Sam fav. Gutting Bettors make favorites. Bookies adjust odds according to the money.
Superpants82 Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 I can truly understand the fans anger at this decision, and apprehension towards the future, I feel wronged because we stayed up and he was brilliant, BUT lets be honest and look back past that, it was only for 10 games or so. The rest of the season I personally got fed up of him and his inability to manage. That coupled with his antics that constantly put him in the spotlight, I am not surprised he has gone. I hope to god they get the next appointment right, my fear at the moment is the transfers and how they will now pan out and how the current team feel about him going and how t will affect them, but I am not sad hes gone deep down.
Max Power Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 Shakey and SW might follow NP to another club.....Or they might be happy with their working conditions/£££££ here and have been offered assurances.Loyalties can change quite easily. Perhaps they feel that the situation between NP and the board is distant from themselves. Maybe, even, they appreciate the club's POV above that of their 'old friend'! Could see Shakey leaving and following Nigel but I reckon Walsh might stay. Head of recruitment at a Premier League club. He was all over the Okazaki deal unusually
SpacedX Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 On what page of this thread will the shock wear off, the posts become less impassioned, irate and over emmotional? Kubler Ross cycle.

Get your facts right, they got him in second time when not knowing much about the game at that time ran out of ideas
Babylon Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 Not wanting to be a conspiracy merchant, but any coincidence we have been linked with Downing and Jenkinson...i thought the same. Big Sam has signed quite a few we've been linked with in the past oddly, with Walsh being his scout atneevastle I wouldn't be shocked if they shared some of the same network of scouts. Not linked with Downing and jenkinson though.

Keep Steve Walsh, decent manager and Cambiaso as assistant well said,I don't agree with the decision, however NP didn't cover himself in glory last season and with recent events in their home country this could have been the final straw, however like every single person on here this is guess work.Wanted Pearson to stay but there is something amiss as there were opportunities earlier to sack him.Cant believe people are slating the owners so much after all they have done.

(No fans =no club) Then the club belongs to the owners The manager comes a fair way down the list mate. Imagine if he had an offer from a top six club ? You think he would hang around?
Singha Beer Is Good! Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 Absolutely gutted...really worried about who we might end up with! Our best manager since O'Neil and didn't deserve this after last season's great escape!!
dedlock Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 Bonkers! Top and Vichai need to explain the 'Fundamental differences in perspective' Why now? Why not at the end of the season? What the hell is going on with OUR football club?
