Quite possibly not. But, hypothetically, if Leicester were seriously worried about their international 'moral standing' after the Thai Orgy Scandal, signing the first openly gay player - say a player who had been discouraged from coming out for a previous team - in a top European league would transform us, overnight, into moral crusaders. I could imagine that, if you consulted a media expert as to how you could recover the moral high ground, this might be a serious 'instant win' suggestion. Not that this is in any way the case with Cannataro, of course, but it's going to happen with somebody someday somewhere.

Only joking, I know where you are coming from, but we are now trying to sign players that will take our club to the next level, unfortunately players will be of interest to other clubs. You could argue we tried to scupper two deals from other clubs last week (Chester and Veretout). You only have to look at the gossip column on the BBC website to see all the deals where other clubs suddenly become interested.
