Monk Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 2 changes for me - Kasper RDL - Wes - Huth - Schlupp Albrighton - Kante - King - Mahrez Vardy - Ulloa It's a game I think we should win on quality but is definitely a potential banana skin.
gerrytaggart Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Sunny day by the seaside and a big performance. Kante with his first goal and a win for los zorros.
foxinsox Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Bournemouth now slight favourites with the bookies. Their win away at West Ham has upped their spirits. Does anyone know how many of their first team went to Hartlepool? They must be a bit jaded. I still think we need 3 at the back. We have leaked goals since we dropped that. Kasper Was Huth, Wes Albrighton, King, Kante, Schlupp Mahrez Okazaki Vardy
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Need a solid midfield for this one, I'd throw Kante in, a lot of their attacking play comes from the wings in Pugh, Ritchie and now Maxi Gradel, full backs like to overlap as well. I'd hope he plays 3-5-2 with the intention that the winder push right up and peg their winger and full back onto the half way line. Bit worried about the lack of pace at the back, King and Wilson are real pests and the thought of them sniffing round Huth and Wes worries me, saying that, they've got no pace at the back unless they drop Simon Francis who has been decent and put Mings in, so hopefully Vards can get running at them. Would take a draw if offered, I reckon this will be our toughest game since Chelsea last season.

Guest CityFan 06 Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 I think both Bournemouth and Leicester will want to play positive attacking football so should be an interesting game. I like the look of Marc Pugh, scored a great goal against us in the championship winning season, and took his goal well for them against West Ham in that 3-4 win. A draw especially away from home wouldn't be too bad, but a win would be ideal for us of course.
EnglishOxide Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Bournemouth have a similar style to us. They will score against us IMO. We need to protect Wes and Huth from Wilson's pace. But we should have too much class in the end. -------------------Kasper----------------- --------RDL----Huth----Morgan----Jeff----- --Albrighton---Kante---Drinkwater--Mahrez- --------------Vardy----Okazaki----------- Schwarzer Wasilewski King Dodoo Kramaric Ulloa Inler
FoxinNotts Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 I'd make two changes, but try to maintain our presence on the break. I think Schlupp might be abit defensively exposed for this one. I'd also sacrifice Albrighton for another midfielder. Swapping from 4-5-1 when we don't have the ball to 4-3-3 on the break. I appreciate that we will lose schlupps pace, but Kante and Fuchs are not slow. -------------------------Schmeichel.-------------------------- -----DeLaet.-----Huth.---------Morgan.----Fuchs.------ ---Mahrez.---King.-----Kanté---Drinkwater--Vardy.-- ---------------------------Okazaki.---------------------------- Schwarzer. Wasilewski. Schlupp. Inler. Albrighton Ulloa Kramarić.
RowlattsFox Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 They will come into the game confident after the West Ham game but the Premier League has a habit of bringing you back to earth, a bit like West Ham after beating Arsenal. Hopefully we can get the win and I fancy us to do so, 2-1. I think he'll stick with the side from the first 3 games, but Kante has to be close to a start. 10 points before the International break would be fantastic. I'm going away on Friday for 2 weeks, I went away last year after our good start and we didn't win again for 3 months. Hopefully not the same this time.
adam95581 Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Ranieri has a headache, choosing 11 players is hard enough but choosing a system is even harder....personally i'd play 3-5-2/3-5-1-1. ............................Kasper ...........RDL..............huth..............wes ..marc......drinky.......king........kante.......schlupp ..............................mahrez ................................Vardy Bench - benny, fuchs, inler, dodoo Ulloa, kram, okazaki, schwartz This - 3-5-2 just looks so perfect for us. Strong and solid at the back, important to have the three in the middle and doesn't take anything away from us in attack because we've got so much pace throughout. Also allows Mahrez to get in the positions he wants and is dangerous from without having to be too disciplined. Only negative I see is that we can only play one of our strikers at a time in this formation. Wouldn't call Dodoo up in place of Ulloa though - it's not fair to reward someone for one great game and drop someone on the back of a largely great first season. He's still young and will get his chance but there's alot of hard graft required before he can break into the first team squad IMO
RowlattsFox Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 I think its quite obvious Ranieri is not really a fan of the 3 at the back, else he would have carried on playing it. I don't think he likes Mahrez in the hole too, I read something that said he wants Mahrez out wide because he gets more one-on-one situations. He's more likely to go 451 but I don't think he will for this game. 451 with Kante as right sided central midfielder will do wonders for De Laet.
ARM1968 Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 It'll be 442. Oh and we'll probably lose 1-0 with Gradel scoring.
Blue Ed Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 For me Inler would be first on the sheet..he's in the team to be a boss and a leader SchmeichelHuthMorgan Wassy AlbrightonInlerKingSchlupp MahrezOkazakiVardySubs - Schwarzer, Ulloa, Fuchs, Drinkwater, Kante, Dodoo, Kramaric
EverybodyDannsNow Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Keep the team unchanged, but I would like to see the subs made earlier than they were on Saturday. Would like to see Kante get 30 mins as he has looked brilliant so far. This will be a tough game, and I expect there to be a few goals. Wilson and Ritchie will be a threat for them, but with Mahrez, Vardy and Okazaki we have more than enough to cause them problems. I think this will end 2-2, but if we can be intelligent and resilient then I think we may just be able to hold on for a 2-1 win. Vardy with both of our goals. Can't wait for this one, me and my mates are staying down there for the weekend.
sdb Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Same XI for me. Sends out the wrong message otherwise. Team playing well and getting results. We need to manage the atmosphere and match them for effort. As long as we do that we should get something, but it will be a test for sure. Hope to take a first half lead and then get Kante on to shore things up a little, hopefully hitting them on the break with a second to kill the game off!!!
sdb Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Okasaki/Drinkwater getting dropped. Benny getting a RB start...what am I seeing!?
foxfanazer Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 I'd be happy to see the same team as we've played in all 3 prem games. Possibly Kram for Okazaki but be happy with either
jmono84 Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 I can kram starting as well... It was odd CR took him off after 60mins against bury, think he'll come in for Okazaki.
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 I'd switch Inler with Drinky but otherwise the same.
justfoxes Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Dont know if were still not allowed to post streams but might help some this is available on all platforms http://www.stopstream.me/1-football.html appologies if not allowed to post streams
Fox42 Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Can see this turning out to be a very similar game in terms of style of play and attacking prowess to QPR away last season. Imagine it will be end to end stuff with the intimidating crowded, stocky home support against us. Schimeichel De Laet Morgan Huth Schlupp Kante Mahrez Drinkwater King Albrighton Vardy Subs: Schwarzer, Wasyl, Fuchs, Inler, Ulloa, Kramaric, Okazaki
NewburyFox Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Kante simply has to come into centre midfield, he's been great in his PL cameos and was superb yesterday. It's a tough choice but I'd probably drop King for him, just think Drinkwater at his best offers more all round than him. Probably keep the rest of the XI the same.
justfoxes Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 this could be a really close game as Bournemouth are playing some decent football under Howe, but can see this being a 1-2 win for the foxes Mahrez and Vardy !! Schmeical DeLaet Morgan Huth Albrighton Schlupp Drinkwater Inler Kante Mahrez Vardy Benaloune Okazaki Krameric Moore Wasileski Dodoo King
