ScouseFox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 pretty glad this clown isnt playing so we can defend dead well gotta say
ImBlue Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 It's a disgrace he isn't playing. I've been CR biggest fan, but his persistence with Okazaki and dropping Mahrez is testing my patience. Better not see this negativity at home.

Guest Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Love me some Mahrez but we'd have been murdered down the flanks in the first half if he was there instead of Allbrigthon.
Jimmy Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Shouldn't have dropped him last match.. he was god awful against Arsenal and seemed to be playing for himself at times, dropping him, was completely reasonable
ScouseFox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 no point dropping him to sure up the defence if we're just gonna let them score every time they have a set piece
Jimmy Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 no point dropping him to sure up the defence if we're just gonna let them score every time they have a set piece I've never been convinced by Morgan in the premier league, wouldn't complain if he was replaced, but TBF Huth doesn't seem the same player this season
ImBlue Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 he was god awful against Arsenal and seemed to be playing for himself at times, dropping him, was completely reasonable Reasonable thing to say, has Okazaki been so good he deserves to start ahead? Been poor for about 5 games, and has never single handedly won us points which mahrez has done on muliltple occasions. Dropped him to be more assured at the back, concede goals, then give him a half to save the game. Nice logic.
fridoux Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 mahrez looked knackered today, still manage to get an assist and a sitter to vardy who missed it. i need more from mahrez TBH. he can do so much better. keeping him on the bench will have the exact same effect then last year when pearson dropped him for 5 games after stoke.

Mahrez wasn't replaced by Okazaki - wow you are hating on him - he was replaced by Albrighton who defended 1000 times better than Mahrez and made almost 20 crosses today. Mahrez is a great player and maybe he could come in as a replacement for Okazaki, he would have to work a little harder up front though. He needs to improve his endurance and fitness to take the next step to mega stardom.
ARTY_FOX Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 He passed it perfectly today. Wasn't greedy at all. Watching him run with ball is so entertaining.
Ric Flair Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Mahrez has to start, the man just oozes class. We are capable of scoring so many goals and usually via him so why only have him on the pitch for part of it? Okazaki is the pits at the minute, a complete passenger.

My point is mahrez played well in he hole at home to villa when he was moved and we came back, why not give him a go there. Okazaki starts all the time, we go into losing positions and he is replaced and we more often than not, look better and take points. Yet he starts the next game and it happens again.
ScouseFox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 got an assist and was a big role in us turning the game. great player to have at times like them.

Fez of Mahrez Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Albrighton and either Dyer or Schlupp on the wings. Mahrez behind Vardy. Sorted.
bald reynard Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Albrighton and either Dyer or Schlupp on the wings. Mahrez behind Vardy. Sorted. Agree with that. Drop Okazaki for Mahrez - not that he's bad, just that Mahrez gives us more.
st albans fox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 I wonder if Riyad is enjoying the rest ? He looked completely shattered at the end of some of the earlier games this season. Claudio could be managing his fitness to keep him going for the whole campaign.
lgfualol Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Must play. He kills it playing as a CAM, floating about causing everyone hell. Being dropped like that might have been a good thing for him. Will end the season with 10-15 assists for sure.
Richard Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Imagine being a fullback and having to deal with Mahrez and Dyer simultaneously

There's a very, very good reason he's knackered at the moment. Nothing sinister and will come out in the local press over the next couple of weeks.
