Kilworthfox Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Peter crouch. Available and can win a cleared ball upfront. So an upgrade on Ulloa. Also scores goals. Obvious signing alert.
NIyoungfox Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 We should try signing Bony! He is quality, scores goals and can hold up the ball really well. Wages might be an issue but he's clearly unhappy at man city, he'd be a great upgrade on ulloa imo
AKCJ Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Peter crouch. Available and can win a cleared ball upfront. So an upgrade on Ulloa. Also scores goals. Obvious signing alert. Obvious troll alert.
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Might not sound very aspiring but Dwight Gayle is available good option to have coming off the bench.
RobHawk Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Problem with Bony is that whilst he is a great striker, he won't do any defensive work at all! Great going forward but would not suit our style of play IMO. Even Leo's been running around putting himself about and closing defenders down. Bony would stand there watching until we won the ball back.
foxes21 Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Arnautovic is unhappy at Stoke.. He wants huge wages, but.. What a player! Put him behind Vardy
HoustonFox Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Peter crouch. Available and can win a cleared ball upfront. So an upgrade on Ulloa. Also scores goals. Obvious signing alert. Calm down Crouchy
richardsfoxes Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Arnautovic is unhappy at Stoke.. He wants huge wages, but.. What a player! Put him behind Vardy No way, all through his career manager after manager complaining about his personality and work rate, think's he's a big time charlie would rather not have those type of character's at our club.

Bony would stand there watching until we won the ball back. Bony wasn't lazy when I saw him playing for Swansea - perhaps I just watched the wrong games! Strange that they seem to want him back so much although in their position I could imagine Father Christmas would be a decent signing as well. Maybe i've got it wrong - I'm celebrating the same birthday as Vardy today and growing old far too quickly - but Shinji impressed my more by getting himself into the box on Sunday and scoring than he often does when going to ground making token tackles in midfield. Yes, ideally there needs to be a balance but are you quite sure Bony would be unreceptive to that? He wouldn't be any more a star here than at Liverpool but surely his skills would be valuable in helping us in the final push towards Europe given our seemingly limited strike options.
FoxSince88 Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Dwight Gayle made available by crystal palace, would be great cover for vardy in my opinion
dylanlegend Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Peter crouch. Available and can win a cleared ball upfront. So an upgrade on Ulloa. Also scores goals. Obvious signing alert. Apparently Crouch was in the stands watching us for the Spurs cup game!?Could be something in this
Ric Flair Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Apparently Crouch was in the stands watching us for the Spurs cup game!? Could be something in this Is this a joke? He was in the BBC studio with Lineker, Shearer and Martin O'Neill
Guest Mee-9 Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Wouldn't mind Vidic, he's just been released by Inter.
Danno Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Gayle and Crouch . We aren't in the championship anymore.
Donut Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 As stated previously, id make a sizeable bid for Kalechi Ihaenacho. I reckon he could be an absolute future goal machine.
LegendOfJoe Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 what i would give to have wijnaldum playing behind Vardy...absolute class player
ronnup Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Vidic released by Inter. Good cover surely. Knows the league.
steflcfc Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Seen on SSN that Gayle can leave Palace. Can't remember how much they paid for him? If they are willing to accept £3-5 million, he coul be a decent buy. If he gets his confidence back he could be a good partner/back up for Vardy. When given a run of games he knows where the net is.

steflcfc Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 For the right price I wouldn't say so. Pacey, good finisher. Can play on the shoulder of the last defender. Different game-wise to Ulloa and Okazaki. Can't really count Kram as he doesn't seem to feature.
enmac Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 As much as I respect Leo and Shinji- they both work their wotsits off, in the perfect world I'd like to replace them with Pato and Zlatan- both out of contract next Summer. ( I know it won't happen..)
filbertstreet Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 not good enough for palace but good enough for us? shome mishtake shurely? most of our squad wasn't good enough for other teams kasper for man city rdl, drinky, simpson, matty james for man united huth for stoke wasyl for anderlecht (I think) fuchs for schalke benny for atalanta andy king for chelsea albrighton for villa dyer for swansea

I'm sure I read palace were after 8/12m for him which is insane
Guest Col city fan Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 I'm can't believe some of what I'm reading in here at the moment. Are people just picking random names? Does anyone REALLY think we should bring in Peter Crouch, Gayle or Vidic? If players are out of favour at their clubs, it's for a REASON..
