Reminds me of some of the Pearson decisions where he decided that someone had to be taken out for whatever reason (contractual/tactical) and then to blood a youth who has potential if you have one (Moore) or loan a ManU youngster. Could be a squad attitude and personallity thing or just stamping his authority on the team step by step, it works though. Think the second half of this Prem is going to be similar to last, most of the teams above their perch will slump as their points quotas are made with the bottom 5 or 6 really picking up form as they fight for everything to get that money drop next season. We need to demonstrate more of our special ability if we are genuinely Top 4. It will be a season of two halves for a number of sides I think

Anyway...going back to Slimani we think he is exactly what we need.. I like the cut of his jib..I think we should have a dedicated "Slimani" day..where we can all discuss his life and works in great depth.. or even have new forum especially for him..
