Noooooooooooooooo Yeah Akinbiyi got 11. ...Trouble is it took him two years and 58 appearances to get them. He then went to Palace and got one goal in fourteen games before being shifted out on loan. Just the worst player I ever saw in my life.

Well he is the one keeping us up there so we have to contemplate it .... I know its a team game but unless someone bangs it in the net it doesn't matter how good the team is .... and thats what Jamie is doing. It looks like all the newly promoted teams are fluttering down the table like coins in a fountain, and the north east boys both look like a bag of sh1t, but, if we want to guarantee survival and actually be something in the prem, then we need another goal machine. Easier said than done I know, but very much needed. Recruitment team get busy and earn your corn ... by January please. (Small incentive ... what do we get next season if we stay up ... £150+ million is it ? ... )

Charl91 Posted 19 October 2015 Posted 19 October 2015 As it stands, Vardy should ace the record, unless he gets an injury or suffers from Akinbiyitis, and even Mahrez could potentially come close. We've never really had a prolific scorer before in the premier league. I can't remember who our premier league record holder is, but if I had to guess, I'd say it was probably Cottee. Does anyone remember how many goals he got?
