FireFox Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 He meant of 5th. he means champions league places ...Come on. We still can't be thinking about that. We're going for the league.
smr Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 32 years old this month, 32 years I've been supporting Leicester City, 32 years of utter lows and misery, 32 years of sheer jubilancy and ecstatic highs. Season Tickets, Managers coming and going, admininstration, the club being saved from the brink of collapse, relegation, promotion, yo-yo-ing through the leagues, Cup Final wins, Cup Final defeats, Play-off final torture and play off final celebration at Wembley. But I've never, ever felt like this before, for the first time in my life watching my team I've actually felt goosebumps all over and at the same time my eyes welling up with an immense sense of pride and joy and disbelief. What a time to be a Leicester City fan. WE'RE LEICESTER CITY. WE'RE TOP OF THE LEAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chester Dontlie Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 Fvckin stupid Bosnich and aussie pundits.... "it was a hoof ball, bad goal keeping".... "its not great movement is it" FVCK YOU>>>>>> WE'RE LEICESTER CITY.... WE'RE TOP OF THE LEAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BT sport seemed biased towards Liverpool too. Polish taters on the contrary, very balanced and praising LCFC performance, noticing early in the game how low ball possession gave us actual scoring chances while ball-greedy Liverpool barely had a shot on goal.
purpleronnie Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 I really don't want to finish 4th after this amazing season. Having to qualify for the CL group stages has dissapointment written all over it.....still would be some achievement though. Just getting a little greedy.
LanguedocFox Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 It's 2016. In February. Leicester City are top. By FIVE points. Having just given Liverpool a right good rogering. **** me, this is real, isn't it? Nonsense, you are getting carried away. What you mean is "Leicester City are top. By THREE points. Having just given Liverpool a right good rogering. **** me, this is real, isn't it?" See my signoff.
Tielemans63 Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 Anyone else feel weirdly emotional after that game?
GeorgeTheFox Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 I've been trying to give up smoking and when Leicester play it's the only time i don't want a ciggy. I've found the secret!
ramaiya2 Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 WOW I am completly speechless We can actullay win this
Merging Cultures Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 What is happening?? Totally unreal. What a team. So proud of our club.
KP Fox Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 I know we keeping harping on about those 2 penalty misses against Bournemouth and Villa but just imagine if we had those points as well!
purpleronnie Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 3 defeats in 32 league games after being 7 points adrift at the bottom of the league in April 2015. Surely no club in the history of the top flight has ever achieved that?
foxes_rule1978 Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 I know we keeping harping on about those 2 penalty misses against Bournemouth and Villa but just imagine if we had those points as well! Would have been great, but you can't really think about that, teams miss penalties in vital matches. It is how you respond we haven't let our heads drop and continue to win matches... Remember when we couldn't ever win back to back matches
chapero82 Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 5 posits above arsenal I'm sorry but who would have predicted this at the start of the season! things have just got real
purpleronnie Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 Would have been great, but you can't really think about that, teams miss penalties in vital matches. It is how you respond we haven't let our heads drop and continue to win matches... Remember when we couldn't ever win back to back matches Plus other teams miss pens too. Plus even if we had scored those pen's its no guarentee we would have won.
TeamRocket Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 Well thats 3 in 2 games for Vardy is braking is own record
ramboacdc Posted 2 February 2016 Author Posted 2 February 2016 Not ashamed to admit i genuinely had a lump in my throat at one point. Never usually ever feel like that ever! Just pride at how far we have come. you aint the first and you wont be the last to admit to this.
The Blur Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 I am going to have so much fun trolling all in laws Liverpool fans in the family whatsapp group tonight.
trabuch Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 Number one on match choice on Sky. Going to watch it all over again with a clear head.
ceredigion Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 As supporters we worry that this can't continue for more than 1 league game. But that's because we've spent a lot of our lives watching us get beaten at home by the likes of Grimsby and Barnsley. Our players aren't burdened by things like that and they're better players than Man City Arsenal and Tottenham. We can win the Premier League this season and it will be the greatest moment in all our lives. Forget moon landings, marriages and the birth of your first child. This is the real thing.
MC Prussian Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 Love how @@ramboacdc had to include a "w" for win in the thread title. It's as if it's unheard of that we can beat Liverpool at home. But we just did! Unbelievable, Jeff!
chapero82 Posted 2 February 2016 Posted 2 February 2016 Vary just said he wants he to be here a long time, is it gay that I actually that guy so much?
