Leicester vs Liverpool post match 2-0 (w)

Watched this with my Liverpool supporting mate, who couldn't stop moaning how poor Liverpool were, blah blah blah, it was because we made them look poor, pressed when we had to, our back 4 has never looked so solid, we look so organised it's scary, shinji has come on leaps and bounds the last couple of months, him and Vardy must be horrible to play against, Kante is just an absolute machine, I've never seen a player cover so much ground in 90 minutes ever, thought mahrez had a decent game, tried a bit too much at times but looked a lot sharper, how Liverpool expect to get anywhere playing Sakho and lovren I don't know, they really are abysmal

32 years old this month, 32 years I've been supporting Leicester City, 32 years of utter lows and misery, 32 years of sheer jubilancy and ecstatic highs. Season Tickets, Managers coming and going, admininstration, the club being saved from the brink of collapse, relegation, promotion, yo-yo-ing through the leagues, Cup Final wins, Cup Final defeats, Play-off final torture and play off final celebration at Wembley. But I've never, ever felt like this before, for the first time in my life watching my team I've actually felt goosebumps all over and at the same time my eyes welling up with an immense sense of pride and joy and disbelief. What a time to be a Leicester City fan. WE'RE LEICESTER CITY. WE'RE TOP OF THE LEAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally this, only I'm twice your age, but the feelings are the same.

What a team. Whatever happens in next 2 games now we'll be right in the mix afterwards. Some great performances from so many of the team but special shout outs to Huth, Drinks and Vards.

I can't believe what is happening with my club. City are making me feel emotions I've never felt before. If we actually do this I don't know what I'll do!

Similar to Stoke I thought. First half both teams testing each out. Second half...BANG! We were in total control. What a goal, what a team. Huth was immense and Kante and Drinkwater in the midfield. .is there a better one in the Premiership? I don't think so.

What a goal lol lol

Turned round to this young kid on his seat next to me and just told him to remember that strike by Vardy

I've been around the block a bit with city over the last few years or so and to me, in that context, you won't better that goal. Ever

This team is unbelievable.

The spine of the team were magnificent tonight, Huth was a rock, Kante & Drinkwater were everywhere, Okazaki worked his socks off & Vardy looks unstoppable again.

Will mention Danny Simpson also, might not be a favourite amongst some fans but he is improving game by game, another good performance from him tonight.

Another three points, roll on Man City :)

Another outstanding win. This is amazing to be part of. Two terrific goals from Vardy, the first one was absolutely world class, the best I've witnessed in years.

This group of players try 100% for each other, every game, home and away. Such unity and togetherness, with some class and quality within there too. Superb night, superb celebrations.

My second favourite quote from the commentators tonight, after the Kante one, was something along the lines of

"Dejan Lovren, there's another player who cost more than the Leicester city team"
